Receiving the EventInfo object for Web Service alerts as null?
I have set up the web as service:
Service endpoint interface

@SOAPBinding (style = Style.RPC)
public interface {OPPMAlertWebService}

The service works very well all the get methods called on respective alert events here, but whenever I tried to use the EventInfo object he throws NullPointer Exception. I get the EventInfo objects as null in these methods but the audit log shows event information are sent by the Madaboutangling. question on the scope of the stage object
Hello, all. I am currently working with containers and I have a question about the stage object.
I have 2 files in my program
(1) app.as
(2) stuff.as
Stuff.As is a library of common user interface that I build. I'm trying, in this document, follow these steps:
stuff(){ makeUI(); } makeUI(){ myContainer.setSize(stage.Stagewidth , stage.Stagehight); }
Flash crash when running, saying that there is a reference not valid for a null object.
If main.as is the file of the application, how can I get the stage object to be valid / available inside my stuff.as file?
-Thanks for your time!
Hey dtater,
I met the same problem too in the past. the only way to have access to the stage is to have the class that never work added to the stage by a parent object that is already on scene. If an object has not yet been added to the stage, his stage value will be null.
the best way to work with this set of return must have an event listener defined in your file stuff.as to listen for Event.ADDED event in your stuff() constructor like this:
this.addEventListener(Event.ADDED, onAdded);
and then in your event handler function onAdded:
private function onAdded(e:Event):void{ // this event gets triggered by other objects, so we check to make sure it the right object if (e.target == e.currentTarget) { makeUI(); } }
in this way the makeUI funciton only will be called when it has access to the scene.
Here are more details on the event Event.ADDED:
http://www.Adobe.com/LiveDocs/Flash/9.0/ActionScriptLangRefV3/Flash/events/event.HTML#added
hope that helps. Good luck!
Edit: I also forgot to add that the Event.ADDED event will be called when you addChild (stuff); in your main application.

Bind Variables on the view objects child definition
JDeveloper 12 c
I have an interesting question. I have a view (AisWebModulePrivsVO) object that uses a bindvariable hardcoded in the view object.
SELECT * FROM SYS. DBA_ROLE_PRIVS where DEALER =: bvUserName
If I put this in the request module I can programmatically set the variable binding (view object contains the getter/setter for the binding variable).
AisWebModulePrivsVOImpl voTest = am.getAisWebModulePrivsVI ();
voTest.setbvUserName ("ARAWLS");
voTest.executeQuery ();
System.out.println ("test reports:" + voTest.getRowCount ());
and get the correct number of records based on return on the user and database roles. If it works.
What does NOT work, it is when this display object is a recording of 'the child' to another display object (as specified by a link between the two and by setting the object from a point of view as one child of the other in the module of the application).
AppModule looks like this:
CgRefCodesVO
AisWebModulePrivsVO
In this case, I have a view called cgRefCodeVO parent object. There is a link between this and the AisWebModulePrivsVO. The relationship works.
AISMenuAppModuleImpl m = ADFUtils.getApplicationModuleForDataControl (appMod) (AISMenuAppModuleImpl);
CgRefCodesVOImpl cgRefVO = am.getCgRefCodes1 ();
AisWebModulePrivsVOImpl modsVO = am.getAisWebModulePrivs1 ();
modsVO.setbvDBUserName ("ARAWLS"); This doesn't seem to work here...
cgRefVO.executeQuery ();
All lines rs = cgRefVO.getRowSet ();
RS. Reset();
While (rs.hasNext ()) {}
CgRefCodesVORowImpl CgRefRow = rs.next ((CgRefCodesVORowImpl));
System.out.println ("RvLowValue:" + CgRefRow.getAttribute ("RvLowValue"));
RowIterator aisModulesRowIter = CgRefRow.getAisWebModulePrivs ();
System.out.println ("number of children:" + aisModulesRowIter.getRowCount ());
}
The code compiles and runs. She translates: "County of the child: 0" for each row returned by the
I also tried:
VM VariableValueManager = modsVO.ensureVariableManager ();
vm.setVariableValue ("bvDBUserName", "ARAWLS");
And:
modsVO.setNamedWhereClauseParam ("bvDBUserName", "ARAWLS");
and (of ( )
@Override
protected void executeQueryForCollection (Object, object, Object [] object2, int i) {}
I coded everything hard to see if it would work.
setNamedWhereClauseParam ("bvDBUserName", "ARAWLS");
super.executeQueryForCollection (object, object2, i);
}
and from there, I changed around the order to execute the objects in view.
How can I set the variable binding in the object view child?
Thank you
Stuart
It is an interesting example how ADF works up to a certain point... then you need to start to make cuts to modify its behavior as you wish.
I decided that it was just easier to delete 'the child' parent (in the app module) and create a view of criteria on this subject for what would basically query the records to get the same results, like a child.
Perhaps not as elegant, but so much easier.
Thanks for your help.

Dear members. I need your help please
I have a game I'm hosting at www.hiredforoneday.com
I signed the code with Comodo M/s. I wrote the manifest file (and changed so many times) but I still get the Oracle security warning:
"This application will run with unrestricted access, which can put your computer and personal information at risk.
Run this application if you trust the place and the editor above.
I'm must admit am bat / do not understand what I do.
Please I need your help on how to write the code manifest, how correctly put it in the jar and how to reference the html code
The game can be played online from www.hiredforone Day
I need the system clock of the client and also I used getResources() to read images in the jar file
on the site, I have a (Play) button. During a call to the play button, the index page connects to the file play.html which is located in the folder pots.
The file play.html calls the HiredForOneDay.jar file that is located in the folder of the pots. Files such as launch.jnlp, launch.html are all in the jarsfolder.My game using Cardlayout (CardLayOutClass) in the Applets init() the
cardLayoutClass.showCongratulationsPanel (); which shows the Congraculations class
then setJMenuBar (helpTopicSelector.getBar ()); HelpTopicSelector is also another class
Here is the code
[code]
package hiredforoneday;
/**
* @(#) HiredForADayApplet.java
** @author Ruth Bugembe
* @author John Bannick
* @version December 23, 2012
*/
@SuppressWarnings ("serial")
SerializableAttribute public class HiredForADayApplet extends javax.swing.JApplet {}
public static CardLayoutClass cardLayoutClass;
HelpTopicSelector helpTopicSelector;
@Override
@SuppressWarnings("static-access")
public void init() {}cardLayoutClass = new CardLayoutClass();
helpTopicSelector = new HelpTopicSelector (this);
Add (cardLayoutClass.getMainPanel (), BorderLayout.CENTER);
cardLayoutClass.showCongratulationsPanel ();
setJMenuBar (helpTopicSelector.getBar ());}
} [/ code]I didn't send in the manifest code because I did so many versions and now am confused
Thanks again for your time
Ruth
I don't think it's possible to prevent the warning message from appearing at least once. There could be an option 'do not show this again' on the dialog box warning that users can check to prevent it from appearing again. Codezone-the only thing I can think is to eliminate the dependency on the system clock client side so that the attribute in the manifest file permissions can be set to 'sandbox' rather than 'all rights '. You don't know if he read images from the same signed jar file still qualified under 'sandbox' - try it and see.
It is worth noting that other publishers Java RIA as the Knowledge Base for the Skillsoft Support are also facing the same issue, and they document simply as a relatively mild warning message.

I realize that it does not help that, in some cases Parent will be a cluster object and in other cases it will be an object Folder or Data Center. I also tried
.... $( if ( $_. Parent) {get-cluster-id $_.} Parent})
.... ( if ( $_. Parent) {get-cluster-id $_.} Parent})
.... (get-cluster-name ($_.)) Parent). Name)
.... (get-cluster-name [string]($_.)) Parent). Name)
(1) if I'm only looking on with parents of cluster hosts, is there a way to ignore all others?
(2) how can I get the name of the parent cluster?
Try like this
Get-view ViewType - HostSystem-name of the property, Config.Product, Parent |
Select Name,
@{N = ' product'; E={$_. Config.Product.FullName}},
@{N = 'Build'; E={$_. Config.Product.Build}},
@{N = "Cluster"; E = {}
$parent = get-view-Id $_. Parent - the Parent property name
While ($parent - isnot [VMware.Vim.ClusterComputeResource] - and $parent. Parent) {}
$parent is get-view-Id $parent. Parent - the Parent property name
}
If ($parent - is [VMware.Vim.ClusterComputeResource]) {}
$parent. Name}}} |

Hi all
I exponent of java objects in javascript, but the methods and attributes does not appear in the contextual help menu (< ctrl > + space) when I use these javascript objects.
How should I write my vso.xml so that the javascript objects are aware of methods in the Help menu popup javascript.
for example: -.
entry VSO.xml:
< enumerations >
< list type = "TestEnum" >
values of < description > defines attributes of objects managed Boolean xml < / description >
< entries >
< input id = "test1" name = "TEST1" > value to Test1. < / Entry >
< input id = "test2" name = "TEST2" > value of Test2. < / Entry >
< / input >
< / enumeration >
< / enumerations >
< script objects >
< script object 'MyObject' = java-class name = "com.test.MyObject" >
< description > This is a test object < / description >
<>attributes
< attribute java-name = "attr1" return-type = "Chain" script-name = 'Attr1' show-in-api = "true" / >
< attribute java-name = "attr1" return-type = "Chain" script-name = 'Attr1' show-in-api = "true" / >
< / attribute >
< / attribute >
<>methods
< java-method name = "testMtd" return-type = "Chain" script-name = "testMtd" show-in-api = "true" > < Parameters > < name of the parameter = "param1" type = "Any" / > < name of the parameter = "param2" type = "String" / > < = 'param3' type parameter name = "boolean" / > < / Parameter > < / method > < / methods >
< / object >
< / scripting objects >
JavaScript: -.
var myObj = new MyObject();
myObj. < ctrl > + space doesn't popup any context menu, as it does for string objects or object system.
myObj.testMtd ("abc", TestEnum. < ctrl > + space - Enums are also not pop values.)
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Best regards
Sumit Tyagi
I see the use cases, and it would be wise to have seized semiautomatic for her, but as far as I KNOW is not possible right now.
(I think it's comparable to the VcPlugin object. Useful methods Nice in there, but no AutoComplete)

When will be purged from the client of the View object properties.
Hello!
When will customer properties (settings-> general-> Custom properties VO) to purge the View object?
Description of the custom properties is these properties are name / value framework for accessing execution.
My case is: dynamically set some channels in the VO properties and use it.
It works fine most of the time. But sometimes, these properties are missing. know when to leave intact page for a little while (about 20 minutes before the session expires).
So my question is: what will miss these properties?
I suppose it could be linked to the Application system of the State as your are hanging in AMS. And I'm might passivate. But in [this | http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14571_01/web.1111/b31974/bcstatemgmt.htm] document shows any view to the level of custom data objects will be saved during passivation. So it is not the point.
Can someone help?
Thank you! :-)Hello
Custom properties are not intended to be used as a data store, but to provide the setting for the items (a feature that is intended for highly reusable VO report). Sounds the informaton you set properties is lost during passivation of the view object.

Best place to initialize the View object query where clause or params
Where is the best place to initialize the View object 'where' clause before the page is initially rendered? Or how should it be done?
Specifically, I can't set these values in the entity or view objects because I need information from the user or information Session
the user has entered before you navigate to the page. I want to prepare the View object so that the results of the query appears something reasonable
the first time before using chooses search.
Note: The view object must exist and I need to access managed beans to define the query.
Is there an event hook (java code) that can be called before the page is rendered?
Also, there are hooks that can be called when the user navigates to another tab or page?

Houston-25036: an invalid object operation was drawn to the View object type.
Hi all
I use version jdev 11.1.2.2
I have an application module impl in which I have a method to call a pl/sql that calls an external API.
I returns a value of this class of impl. I call this form of method a bean customer interface through. Then, I want to display another page passing the return as a variable binding value to another object to display grace to perform with the workflow setting.public String create(String productId, String component) { String createMessage=null; DBTransaction dbtransaction = (DBTransaction)getTransaction(); StringBuffer str = new StringBuffer(); str.append(" BEGIN "); str.append(" api.database@test ( "); str.append(" p_number => :1, "); str.append(" p_product_id => :2, "); str.append(" p_component => :3 "); str.append(" ); "); str.append(" END; "); CallableStatement callablestatement = dbtransaction.createCallableStatement(str.toString(), 1); try { callablestatement.registerOutParameter(1, Types.INTEGER); callablestatement.setInt(2, Integer.parseInt(productId)); callablestatement.setString(3, component); callablestatement.executeUpdate(); dbtransaction.commit(); createMessage = callablestatement.getObject(1).toString(); if (callablestatement != null) { callablestatement.close(); } if (dbtransaction != null) { dbtransaction.closeTransaction();// closing connection } } catch (Exception e) { e.printStackTrace(); } return createMessage; }
Everything is going very well when I'm not closing the db connection in the impl.public void callCreate(ActionEvent actionEvent){ BindingContext bctx = BindingContext.getCurrent(); DCBindingContainer bindings = (DCBindingContainer)bctx.getCurrentBindingsEntry(); DCDataControl dataControl = bindings.findDataControl("ReportAMDataControl"); ReportAM ReportAM = (ReportAM)dataControl.getApplicationModule(); createMessage = ReportAM.createBug(product, component); FacesContext context = FacesContext.getCurrentInstance(); context.getApplication().getNavigationHandler().handleNavigation(context, null, "goExecute");//navigate to next page }
but when I close the db connection is showing the following error.

Vigneshlike I said with ADF BC, we never explicitly close the DB connection (framework takes care for this).

Dynamic action on the DOM object does not
Through dynamic action, I will execute PL/SQL Code that creates a point using additional APEX_ITEM. CHECKBOX (see the code on the bottom). Through another dynamic action, I am trying to run additional Java. I put it in the fire like this:
Event: click on
Type: DOM object
The DOM object: return [0] .f11 (this corresponds to the value of fxx APEX_ITEM.checkbox)
Just try an alert ("hi") simple. does not work. Am I missing something?

I did the work... you need to do is you second dynamic action (onclick with query selector) in the Advanced section of the value range of the Live event
Here http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=60428:4 example is functional
Kind regards

To access the display object on the stage of another class
I Googled that nothing helps, I only found how to manipulate the scene itself and not a display on that object and I'm noob enough to not be able to figure it out from there. :/
I have a clip on the main timeline with the instance name displayName. I created a button that should change this framework displayName will to (in order to... makes you guess? display the name of the button.) Awesome. )
So, I'm trying to write the code in a reusable manner and have everything related to a class called GeoPuzzle buttons. Inside the GeoPuzzle I instantiate a touch event and run code. However, the function should be able to change displayName in the main part of the timeline and, of course, the compiler says displayName does not exist because I'm in a class and I don't mean the scene.
Here's the code simplified in the class:
package com.freerangeeggheads.puzzleography {}
import flash.display.MovieClip;
import flash.events.TouchEvent;
SerializableAttribute public class extends MovieClip {} GeoPuzzle
declaring variables
public void setInitial (abbrev:String, fullName:String, isLocked:Boolean): void {}
Set the parameters
this.addEventListener (TouchEvent.TOUCH_BEGIN, geoTouchBeginHandler);
}
public void GeoPuzzle (): void {}
}
public void geoTouchBeginHandler (e:TouchEvent): void {}
e.target.addEventListener (TouchEvent.TOUCH_END, geoTouchEndHandler);
other methods
nameDisplay.gotoAndStop (e.target.abbrev);
}
public void geoTouchEndHandler (e:TouchEvent): void {}
other methods
nameDisplay.gotoAndStop ("USA");
}
}
}The lines in bold are my problem. Now this code does not actually as it is the case if you find an error in it, Yes, I have no idea what the problem is, but he DID run forward and these lines always gave me wrong so I'll try to help out on multiple fronts.
How can I say displayName to change its current image within the display object class?
Thank you!
any display list object can refer to any display list object, but this is not necessarily good OOP.
in any case, for your class reference displayName:
. DisplayName MovieClip (this.parent)
