The free upgrade to Windows 10 for new or existing Windows 7 SP1, Windows Update 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 devices qualified that upgrade the first year

I had my laptop of HP 2000 for about 1 1/2 years, and had Windows 8 (not 8.1) preinstalled. The only problem: when you install the Technical Preview, my hard drive was completely wiped out and now I have no disk recovery plant. I would like to know if I can still qualify for the free upgrade offer for Windows 10.

Microsoft did not say who yet, but if you have a legitimate win 8 key you are probably eligible, but you may have to reinstall 8.0 > 8.1 update > update from 1 to 10.  They just did not for sure yet

  • 10 free of charge during the first year Windows update - include Windows XP and Vista?

    Hello

I read in the press last week that Microsoft will offer a free upgrade of Windows 10 for users of Windows 7 and 8 for a period of one year after its initial launch.  My question is Microsoft will expand the offering to users of Windows XP and Vista?

As long as the material can cope with the new operating system - and it seems to be able to scale up to a certain extent - surely, it would be more beneficial to all parties that as many possible Windows users get the new standard rather than race systems not supported / dangerous or ineffective.

I know several users who are quite happy with their existing equipment, but are showing more concern with the lack of support from their systems and they cannot afford to upgrade their hardware right now.  There are also many companies who do not want the additional costs of purchasing new computers if its computers are fit - for-purpose (except for the lack of OS support...).

If the grand design is to get Windows facilities as 10 in the first year, then it would seem preferable to offer either to these users:

    (a) a free upgrade like any other Windows user

    (b) a small fee upgrade - say £10 - get to 10 Windows

Right now, this offer is only available for Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 7 users, but if you migrate your installation of Windows XP now to preview Windows 10, you will receive the promotion.

  • Renew the student/teacher discount after the first year?

    G ' Day.

In the terms, it says that the subscription will increase to compensation lump sum and then after 12 months, I was wondering if the student/teacher discount is renewable after your first year so you can continue to pay the reduced fee as long as you qualify what he? I am a teacher and I use adobe products occasionally.

    See you soon!

    Hi Justin

The offer of a $14.99 student/teacher of promotional pricing for the first year only.

After the first year you renew at the price standard student/teacher this plan which is currently a $ 24.99.  It is always a reduced rate compared to the regular (no student/teacher) price plan.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you

  • Price from the abo student after the first year

    Hey there,

because I'm a student, I have to pay the first year € 19.34 (at this time), when I choose the student-OBA. But I don't know what is happening with the payment after this first year.

On this site I discovered, I would pay € 29,74 because it's the 'normal price-abo", but where can I find more information on this"abo-regular price?

    Geschaftsbedingungen | Adobe

And how many years can I pay the €29,74? I would pay € 29,74 even if I don't have a student more? Why I can not choose the abo-regular price plus € 29,74 directly?

    Kind regards

    Tobias

  • Alleged windows phone representative called to say that my computer was doing a lot of mistakes

original title: representative of Windows Phone?

I have an old Dell laptop with Windows XP. A person named [(510)943-3040] a Mark called and said my computer was a lot of mistakes and has been infected. If I turn on my computer, it would be happy to turn it off for me.  I get a lot of error messages - send error report, for example, but I don't think you would contact me in this way. Am I wrong? What should I do if he was right? John Clark

It is a phishing attempt! Do not give any information.

Reported people on these calls for a person who represents Windows (note: not Microsoft).

It is a scam! Not to follow their instructions or advice and not to provide ANY information to them.

Because they use the internet lines and/or phone to complete their fraud, there may be federal agencies in your country who are interested in discovering their calls. Their report directly to the appropriate agency if you feel you can contribute to their arrest and the charges.

Microsoft do NOT pick up the phone and start dialing customers and never phones/e-mails asking for personal information or asking them to visit a web site!

On another note, if you encounter any problems with your computer, please do not hesitate to post a desription of situation and the error messages you received in those forums. We would be happy to help you. (information staff unnecessary or requested !)

Hello everyone. A little over a month ago, my family debit card information has changed. I don't have to change in my account adobe for over a month, so my subscriptoion photography photoshop program got marked as expired. I went to this day, and indeed it updated with the correct information. So I waited 15 minutes as he says and then I tried to get into photoshop, and he says that I don't have these services. I looked in my account again, and it still says expired. I made my payment information was correct a few times, and each time, he charged me a dollar. A total of $ 4. He still didn't charge me for my services that I'm supposed to pay for and am supposed to have access to. All I want is a refund of these four dollars and my services to restore, even if I have the right information. Can someone help me?
