I get an error message on my screen every five minutes. It says 'a runtime exception error has occurred in the Script' he also said possible debuggers - new instance of Editor Microsoft Scrpt. whichever option I choose the message reappears constantly. any help?

Hi andrew-wolfman-wyrsta,

1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

2. do you have security software installed on the computer?

3. you have Visual Studio is installed on the computer?

See the link below and try the steps to change the registry entry at disableJust in time debugging on the computer.

The just-in-time debugging can always be activated even if Visual Studio is no longer installed on your computer. When Visual Studio is not installed, you cannot disable debugging from the Options of Visual Studio Just-In-Time dialog box. In this case, you can disable debugging by editing the Windows registry just-in-time.

To disable the debugging by editing the registry just-in-time

http://msdn.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/5hs4b7a6.aspx

Important This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, see the link below.

Back up the registry

I hope this helps!

  • The relay through time and Total flow control

    Hi all

    I'm relatively new to Labview and have worked on a great program from lately, which uses a Module with my cDAQ-9178 OR relay SPST 9481 to open and close the 3 different solenoids. The program should open at a specific time and leave it open until a certain amount of flow is passed through them. I already finished the programming to record the total flow through the valves, and after many hours past the forums I found a way and changes in the code that turns on the relay based on the amount of time spent searching, however it turns on the relay and leave them on until the 'period' are filled then pass on the next round. I need to change this option further so that it lights when my "Cycle Start Time" is reached, turns off when reaching the set amount of flow for this cycle and then continues to wait until the next "Cycle Start Time" occurs.

    I imagined a way to proceed would be; by eliminating where departures from the clock a new cycle each run and just have it constantly by comparing the time of "Initial start (run)" 'Start' time sequence (when I push the start sequence and actually start to opening the relay). Then change the "delay" to 'Cycle start time' and the (> =) function to a function (=). So now, it begins after the elapsed time is equal to the start time of Cycle. Certainly, this opens the questions, because currently, at the beginning of the cycle the command of the relay begins. So I need make my comparison outside the case 'Cycle' or move the control relay in the case of 'true/false '. However, then I run the question of how to get the software to change the case once he saw to stop the relay.

    As you can see, I have about 1 million different things in my head that I played with. Advice or assistance to get me on the right track, or you know of examples would be great! My code is attached below, and I'll post a photo after this post about how I'm taking care to record the total flow. Thank you for your time and help!

    Hi M_Blaylock,

    You mentioned that you are relatively new to LabVIEW. Are you familiar with some of the debugging tools?

    http://www.NI.com/getting-started/LabVIEW-Basics/debug

    Turning on climax execution should allow you to see the data flow through your schema. Also, probing the wire just before the input case structure should allow you to see what data is actually trying this case selector. If you get unexpected data, you can probe the front steps to see source these unexpected data.

    I hope this helps and good luck with your code!

  • REMOVE the past two times

    We are on DB Oracle 10.1.0.4 and recently did an update of a simple PACKAGE, which uses only one cursor to identify records in a table, and then as it moves through these records, it removes each via a second SQL statement, essentially as
    declare
      cursor csr is select * from table where <date criteria are true>;
      row table%ROWTYPE;
    begin
      open csr;
      fetch csr into row;
      loop;
        if csr%NOTFOUND then
          exit;

        else

          delete from table
          where primary_key_field1 = row.primary_key_field1
            and primary_key_field2 = row.primary_key_field2;

        end;
      end loop;
      close csr;
    end;
    It turns out that each 1 of 10 (we deletions rollback 53K each time, because we are still troubleshooting program) tent the same line is attempted to remove, as if the first deletion "did not". At first I thought that we were not ALL inclusive of the fields participating in the primary key of the DELETE statement. But this isn't the case.

    I can literally sitting there with the same block anonymous PL/SQL that runs the PACKAGE and then just run it on & more & more and eventually it breaks when he tries to 'double - delete' the same record. We even checked the deletion repeat by issuing the: old. ROWID BEFORE Trigger LINE of the table. He appeared 2 times in a row, under the error condition.

    The other strange thing is that it breaks on different lines. We have added an ORDER BY on the slider, assuming we get to break in the same place every time. It did not help. 1 out of every 10 executions still broken on a different line.

    When we change the structure of encoding to use for the UPDATE... and WHERE CURRENT OF csr then everything works fine.

    Someone at - he heard of this type of behavior before?
    Thank you

    With the help of a debugging utility, we built in the original code, we found that the PACKAGE with the DELETE statement has not received the focus between the subsequent firing of the trigger for the ROWID even (so there is no way to reset this variable).

    You can try to develop more on what your real problem is in your application?

    According to your description my understanding so far is the following:

    1. you perform a delete in a loop - each iteration of the loop trying to delete a single row with a primary key (composite)

    2. you have defined business rules in the triggers - however in this specific case that you want to use the "short-cut" of triggers mode which is activated by setting a package variable in your session

    3. after the assessment of the package variable trigger resets this package to NULL variable. Why you set the null of the trigger package variable? Why not run the loop with the 'shortcut' active permanently and turn off when the loop is complete?

    4 given to (in your case doubtful) restarting the DML, the same line-level trigger is returned several times to the same line. Because the package variable is set to null in the first execution of the trigger, it will now be NULL in subsequent runs for the same line

    So, what happen exactly to your application trigger logic in case the package variable is NULL?

    Or is there another problem with your application? Perform any non-transactional operation which then gets pulled several times (as shown / explained by Tom Kyte)? Note that any transactional operation in the trigger is supposed to get restored and restarted so all business logic you have made in the triggers in the same transaction should get restored and re-applied with the reboot. This should have no problem in terms of replay.

    As I've mentioned before, your approach is wrong in general since Oracle can raise row-level triggers several times to the same line, reset the package in the trigger variable is a no-go if it breaks your logic in the following possible executions of the trigger for the same line. You can't avoid this and you don't have control over that - quite simply, it can happen (I still wonder why it seems to be happening in your particular case, has shown with single user einreihig deletions).

    Kind regards

  • iPhone cannot connect to the Internet via time capsule

    I have a current execution capsule 7.7.7 time. IPhones in my house can't get internet service when it is connected to the time capsule. My iPad, I tap on it now, can get internet time capsule service. My Mac can connect. I restarted the capsule of time with my modem cable many times. My passwords are correct.

    I also have a smart Vizio TV that does not connect to the Internet. This is true with wifi and also with a wired connection to the time capsule.

    I don't know what the cause of the problem. Any help will be appreciated.

    He has worked in the past and now could not or never worked?

    Apple routers can sometimes decide autonomously switch to bridge mode. If your cable modem is not a router, you MUST have the apple router... TC in your case DHCP and NAT mode.

    If you have not done before you reset the TC at the factory and re-do the installation. Here are my recommendations.

    Universal factory reset

    Turning off the TC... That is, remove the power supply cord or the power at the wall outlet, wait 10 seconds... Hold the reset button... be nice... Turn on always even now in reset... and keep holding in for another 10 seconds. You may need assistance because it is difficult to hold in reset and power on. It will show the success quickly flashing led front. Release reset... and wait a few minutes for the TC to reset and return with the factory settings. If the front LED flashes quickly you missed and simply try again. The reset is quite fragile in these... Press the key while it is just click away and not more... I've seen people bend lever or even break. I use a toothpick as a tool.

    NB. None of your files on the hard drive of the TC are removed... This simply clears the settings of the router of the TC.

    The installer the TC.

    Then redo the configuration of the computer that you want to use for TM using Airport utility.

    1. the use of very short names... NO APPLE RECOMMENDED names. Without the space and pure alphanumeric characters.

    for example TCgen5 for the base station and the name of the TCwifi wireless.

    If the wireless is still an issue defined wireless names like TC24ghz and assigned the 5 GHz other name... eg.TC5ghz.

    Finally, use fixed channels in 2.4 ghz... try 11, 9 and 6, in that order.

    (leave the security for a few minutes and see if that makes a difference).

    For iphone and TV with problems in your Setup program ensure that the TC is NAT and DHCP... try to use a different such as google public DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

    2. use all passwords also consistent with 1. but maybe a little longer. IE 8 and 20 characters of mixed cases and numbers... no alphanumeric non-caracteres.

    ** 3. If the TC is router, you can ignore this point. It is only a problem when the TC is bridged.

    If ensure that the TC is always the same IP address... you will need to do this on the main router using a dhcp reservation... or a bit more complex setup by using the static IP address in the TC.

    Ignore this point if you don't understand it... after the return if you drop questions.

    4. be sure that IPv6 is set correctly in the computer. IE link-local only for ethernet or wireless depending on whether you are using. Car is not good enough.

    Tell us which modem cable, you have, make and model please?

    The TC has problems with some popular brands... one of the SB series a modem port is malfunctioning.
