  OK, I re-read your question. It's actually expected behavior. The user must manually send the email.

  If you want it to be a silent process, then you must either install a script on the local computer of the user who will do this, or use any email but something as a service web to which you directly submit the form data.

  I try to activate the key feature and WiFi in my new HP 15 - ac043tu laptop.

  I use Windows 7 Ultimate 32 operating system.

  I installed all the drivers available on the site Web of HP (http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-15-ac000-Notebook-PC-series/7771404/model/8326116... for my product.

  To activate the function key, I installed driver: HP System Event Utility - sp71716, but it doesn't seem to work.

  In Device Manager, network controller shows exclamation as shown below. I tried to install Broadcom and Realtek WLAN drivers, tried to turn on/off, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers referring to other positions, but that did not work.

  

  I also tried to install HP SoftPaq Download Manager, but it did not help. Tool does not show my product described.

  I went through a similar question posted by other members, but failed to get the solution. This question gave me hard times.

  Do you mean "activate"? Registration is optional; Activation is not. You don't have not given us enough information to targeted assistance. What type of XP installation disc are you using? What product key you installed with (please do not post!)? What happened when you talked to the man during telephone activation?   I bought a upgrade key 7CV 7Pro in a year or two ago (probably closer to 2 years) and I thought, I took 'BIG' precaustions in the backup of the key to another form of support (hard drive), it seemed to have disappeared.  I also had backups of email I received for the purchase, but I can't find those either, it's really frustrating.

  Well, my system screwed up royally what I thought it was a virus or another type of attack (even if I have installed mcaffee) and thought the best thing to do would be to return to the original state of my pc when I bought it. I have done this with success and having more trouble that I had before I return to the plant.

  My problem is that the MS Store tells me that I did not purchase, but I did it, but I did throughout the Anytime Upgrade option on my computer system. I don't really remember signing in or something like that with my info account windows live mail.

  What are my options to get my upgrade key back?  My CC company go far back as records online, but I have no trace in my books of accounts of the money program, so I don't know the payment method I used and how much it costs me.

  Thanks for the reply André.  I tried your suggestion and I get an error on the page (by clicking on your link) that the page is not available (for some reason any).  So, who did not.  However, since then, I have continued to look for my upgrade key backup and found him hidden in a zip file.  So problem solved.  I thank very you much for your time.
