The mouse disappeared from a bridge DO 71 b. What can I do?

I didn't have the password for connection to a friend of mines phone. While trying to enter the CMOS Setup utility by pressing F2, etc.

But without success. Finally, she contacted me and gave me the password
But now the mouse isn't the case to find.
Maybe I pressed some key combinations that caused it become inactive, I tried to access the CMOS Setup utility because I used the "Fn" key in conjunction with the "F2" key and others.
I have a wireless and a wired mouse which I was going to connect the laptop, but I decided to publish it with you.

So the 'mouse' is a touchpad?  In W8 it may mean that he tries to simulate a touchscreen.  The mouse pointer would not show after a gesture of touch.  In addition, there may be a combination of keys that allows a user to prevent display of the mouse pointer in other cases, such as video full screen.

Specification to say there is a "multi-geste" but do not say who made it or lead to more user information.

Try to contact the gateway to see if there are controls for the gestures of touch and how to use them.

Good luck
