You can go to your account and click on the option to manage your plan. There is an option to cancel. Why is it you are wanting to cancel after a year?

Those who are the cause of the problem, entered blocker of Adobe, blocks access to the Adobe activation server.
To delete these entries.
It is best to reset the default Hosts file.
