  No, there is no difference. Both methods will install the same printer available driver and the two will work the printer even.

  I got the wireless-g WPS54G print server at a yard sale and have downloaded the Setup Wizard.  Everything looks fine until step 7, select print server.  Could not find anything.

  Press the reset on the print server for 15-20 seconds.

  You could get the printer test page, mentioning the IP address of the print server.

  If this is not the case, the print server and the router to power cycle.

  Open the router setup page and check if you have the IP address of the print server in the DHCP client table.

  Thank you for your response. Finally I try with a different print server: TL-PS310U. Now, I can print and scan. The only problem is that I have to wait 2-3 minutes to make it work. If you wait and connect before 2-3 minutes I get conection error in the console of the print server.

  The steps you mentioned is correct.

  When you configure the print service, you can set the URL of the web application server financial information in .properties and this file will get stored in the HSS registry (this is the step where you run the FRprintserversetup.cmd). So when you run Setup of each print server there will be created for this purpose in the HSS registry entries. Then, there will be an internal logic that will work on what server should take what process.

  You're absolutely right. Accounting command only works with Ganymede. We cannot have the command for the radius Protocol accounting. RADIUS accounting only gives you start and stop sessions package.

  Rename or delete just your c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe file is "missing".

  Rename rundll32.exe---> rundll32.xxx

  If you started normally, before you can blink, the 'missing' rundll32.exe file quickly and quietly replace the copy in the dllcache folder.  It is the Protection of Windows file in action and you will see something like this in the Event Viewer log system:

  Event type: Information
  Event source: Windows File Protection
  Event category: no
  Event ID: 64002
  Description:
  File replacement was attempted on the protected system file c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe. This file was restored to the original version to maintain system stability. The file version of the system file is 5.1.2600.5512.

  I beg you to perform this simple test to know how the sfc/scannow:

  Boot your system to Safe Mode or the recovery for the Windows File Protection Console does not run.

  For this example, we will use the system critical file rundll32.exe.

  Rename or delete your c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe.exe file so the file is now "missing."

  A critical file, is it true?  It is on the list of the file 3498 knows the Protection of Windows and SFC files, but now he isn't.

  Now you know sfc/scannow does.

  Since most people do not have a genuine XP bootable installation CD, they will not be able to develop a copy of the file that is missing from the installation CD, they have not.

  After some directions on how to replace the file when the user has no XP bootable installation CD authentic and that will be useful to all.

  in our society, we have same HP LaseJet P2015 printer for about 90 users. printer was attached with the XP machine, and we have had no more (more simultaneous then 10) connections. After consulting with one of my friends I purchsed impression D-Link DPR-1020 sever. Now I m not sure how many concurrent connections could be maximally & what time interval is for each connection (XP, it is 15 minutes)?  I also need advice for the installation of a shared printer said to XP client machines

  Is there a way to just install the PDF printer on the server of printing instead of having to install it on each client and still not break any EULA? Would it not possible to do if you also bought an Adobe Acrobat license for all computers? Is this the only solution for this? What we like is minimal administration and a tiled solution and we don't have any use for other features in Adobe Acrobat. If the only way is to install and or purchase a license for each computer sepparate, we may have to turn to other PDF printers to get something affordable?
