The quotes are backwards

When I try quaotation incert brands what is the first game is set in mirror or as backward.

If they look like single and double quote examples in the upper right part of the following link, this is how they must be: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quotation_mark also note the following quote copied from this link: "according to the police, opening and closing quotation marks may be identical in form (called quotes vertical, straight or typewriter). , or may be distinctly left-handed and right-handed (typographic or colloquially, curly quotes). »

If this isn't what you want, in most word processing applications you can disable it by searching for quotes or something similar in the AutoCorrect and AutoCorrect.

    Hi golfnut11,

    1. you are using a laptop?

    2. you remember to make changes to the computer priro to this question?

    Step 1:

    If you use a laptop, check if the FN key is enabled. If so, then try to turn it off and check.

    Step 2:

    You can also try to check the keyboard on the screen and if the problem occurs or not.

    Check out the link:

    Type without using the keyboard (on-screen keyboard)

  • install new software, but the files are old

    I just got a Palm Centro.  I had a Palm 505 for years, had Palm desktop on my Vista computer for 1 1/2 years.  I installed the Palm Desktop software that came with my Centro on my Vista computer and my calendar, notes, addresses all look as they did there is 1 1/2 years.  I had synced immediately before installing the new software.  I had a return to the top of my file with all these files, so I replaced my 'Kris' file with address, calendar, etc. files.  I closed my Palm Desktop and restarted.  No luck, I'm still all my old info - not up to date.  I have not synced my phone with the computer, because it is not good.  And, I'm afraid to synchronize my current palm and lose everything out there (since my "backup") doesn't seem to work.  Help!  How to bring back all my current info?

    Did you install the version of Palm desktop that you got with the Centro, 6.2?

    There is a procedure to try to recover your files. Search in the following location to the user name of Palm Desktop folder.

    C:\Users\(Windows username) \Documents\Palm OS Desktop\

    Look in the folder of user name for category folders, of addresses/contacts, calendar/calendar, etc. In these files are data files. Search for files with names like address.mdb, address.mdb.bak. The .mdb file is the current data file, the. mdb.bak is the backup file. Try to rename the .mdb file to. mdb.old. Then rename it. mdb.bak (remove the.bak extension) .mdb file. Open Palm desktop and see if the data is there. IF you do not have the .bak file, then you cannot rename to retrieve the data.

    When you migrate to a new device, use of palm desktop 6.2, the files of the old version of Palm desktop in the user name folder are not compatible. You can't drag and drop the files to the new user name folder.  Data in Palm desktop 6.2 files are in a format that Microsoft Access Datbase, so the extension .mdb.

    See if you can rename the files .mdb first to see if you can recover the data. If you can not use method, can 'clean up' uninstall Palm desktop currently installed, install the version you were using before the update, copy the username folder you backed up from the old version and paste it into the old Palm Desktop folder. Open Palm desktop and see if the data is there. Another option is to sync the old device to the old version of Palm desktop and then export the data.

    Once it is installed and you have data intact in the old version of Palm desktop, export data, install the new Palm desktop and import the data. The export and import procedure, you can use the data in any version of Palm desktop.

    If the change of name does not work, do the 'clean' Uninstall using instructions below.

    You should first make a copy of your data to have just in case something
    is happening. You can find your data files by clicking on start--> Documents-->
    Palm OS Desktop. Select your Palm Desktop user name, and then right-click and
    copy. Then go to the desktop of your PC, click on a blank spot block and select.

    Now you want to uninstall Palm Desktop and remove anything that has to do
    with Palm Desktop on your computer.
    Go to the following locations on the PC and delete the folders listed below.
    C:\Program Files\Palm or Palm One
    C:\Users\[Vista username] \appdata\local\virtualstore\Program Files\Palm or
    PalmOne
    C:\Users\[Vista username] \appdata
    * Note You may need to show hidden folders to join appdata. To do this go
    in your control panel and folder options open. Go to the tab and disable
    hide hidden files.
    Once this is done, you will need to remove certain keys in the registry of your PC operating system.

    Word of warning, go here and removing the wrong thing can cause your PC
    commissioning, crashing and deletion of programs and data. If you feel
    you're not sure of yourself, see if you have a friend who can help you or a
    PC technician that you can pay to help you. This procedure will show them everything they need to remove. To make sure that we have a good copy of the current registry, we make a backup of the registry.

    Go to start on your PC in the search box type "regedit.exe" without the quotes.

    Highlight COMPUTER, go to--> export file. Should appear with a save as box.
    Current place of residence is fine, must be within My Documents, or save to a location that you will remember. In the name of the file in low type "backup [todaysdate]" i.e. backup07072008. Then, the most difficult part.

    The best way to ensure that your work with the right key, select the key that is installation quick palm and press delete on your keyboard. You will be asked, you of course. Say Yes. Do the same for all the keys below.

    If you make a mistake, stop what you are doing. And call a PC technician.
    BUT do not turn off your computer.

    The reg keys are as follows (Note: some of the theses reg keys won't be here)
    But if they remove them)

    * Installation quick HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\U.S. Robotics\Palm
    * Transfer of files Robotics\PalmOne HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\U.S.
    * Robotics\Pilot Office of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\U.S.
    * HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Palm
    * HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Palm, Inc.
    * HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PalmDesktopAutorun
    * HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\palmOne
    * HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PalmSource
    * HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PalmSource or anything else that says palm

    Then, restart your computer.

    Then, reinstall your palm desktop from the CD and do a hotsync. If she asks
    for a user name and you synchronized your device before you put "test" If you "
    no sync before creating a hotsync name.

    I took hundreds of photos for a client. I used my camera and he was standing. I copied the photos from the card and they import upside in Premiere Pro. (see I read the forums first) they ae side straight up in every single app except PP.

    Anyway if I change the photo in Photoshop it publishes the right upwards. When I go back to the first, they are backwards (or downside up if you live in the southern hemisphere). PSD files are to come correct. IT seems that just the pictures in this folder are backwards but point out that they were taken different evening and were executed through ambient light (they look good here).

    I know I can rotate photos of problem or can edit them in PS and save it as a psd. but have we seen this before?

  • Please note that the quote/cart has already placed an order and cannot be changed.

    Hi all

    Currently, we are trying to create an order istore and doing so when you add an item to the cart, shopping cart throws the error "Please note that the quote/cart has already placed an order and cannot be changed. What happens with a single user. We created an order earlier and this was achieved convert quote to order. Now when we created a new this error pops up. Also, there is no record in the IBE_ACTIVE_QUOTES_ALL table for this user for any active carts.  Please provide suggestions. I cleared the cache bounced the server istore and disconnected and connected and always the question already exists.

    Thank you

    Hello

    Please confirm that there is no basket of assets

    Confirm the data in ibe_active_quotes_all

    SQL > select active_quote_id, order_header_id, quote_header_id

    of ibe_active_quotes_all

    where party_id = & partyid

    and cust_account_id = & cust_id;

    To get values-
    Select customer_id from fnd_user where user_name = ==> set to 1
    Select person_party_id in the fnd_user where user_name =
    Select object_id from hz_relationship where subject_id =
    Select cust_account_id in the hz_cust_accounts where party_id = ==> value 2

    Confirm the data are synchronized in citing it table aso_quote_headers_all:

    SQL > select order_id aso_quote_headers_all

    where quote_header_id = & from above;

    If a basket of assets is found, you can remove-
    delete from ibe_active_quotes_all where party_id = and = cust_account_id and record_type = "shopping CART";
    > This will remove the active cart of the user, so you can proceed to the next cart.

  • Including the quota a shared library account by report?

    I have a premium account which comes with unlimited storage.  If I share a library and someone else without a paid account downloads photos, including the quota is effective against?  My space of unlimited storage, or a quota of 2 GB to the other person?  Thank you.

    Hello. My name is Glenyse and I am an employee at Adobe.

    To answer your question, uploads are based on the owner of the status of the subscription of the shared library. If you as a paying user share a library with another user with a limited account, that user account will remain UNCHANGED by uploading to YOUR library.

    I hope this helps!

  • Reshape the rollover area

    I have a pie chart I would like to provide additional information using the animated buttons. I thought I'd be able to do this using a smart polygon shape for each part of my pie chart and then use convert to a smart form reversal. However, that appears to convert the smart form into a text box and keeps the rectangular button that is animated. This seems rather backwards. Someone at - he a clue as how to shape the rollover instead of the text box area? Thank you.

    Darin

    Indeed, it is the smart form which is transformed into a form of substitution as the Tip mentioned, but the rollover area is always a rectangle.

    Should it be a bearing, a click is not an alternative? If you can deal with the clicks: create a form with the desired shape and turn it into a button.

    If you really need rollover, then you should buy the Eventhandler's InfoSemantics widget, it allows you to create rollover events.

    Another solution is to use a slidelet. For slidelets, it is possible to 'Redraw' the rollover area.

  • Content by lining up in the sidebar with the content located in the main area?

    Hello, I have created a website using Dreamweaver CS4 and have encountered a problem when using a model. The model I use is: 2 fixed columns, sidebar, header and footer to the right. The problem seems to be in the sidebar where content does not start at the top, it seems to be 15px under the content in the main area. I can't find CSS or any reason why it starts where it comes from. It seems to look like even and properly in Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari but not in IE9. The page is online at www.Lots2Homes.com and you will see that the content is lower to the right sidebar in the main area to the left. Below is the code for the home page and of the CSS. This got me going in circles, any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  • Fixing the quotes generated by Word in the HR project

    Hi all.

    I'm running RH8 and the generation of HTML help. I have imported a large amount of text from Word and have since learned that "Quotes" of the Word appear as question marks in the context of the user (although they seem OK in Robohelp). I want to fix this in the Robohelp HTML file.

    Here is what I see when I look at the HTML in Robohelp:

    "Curly quote of the word opening shows that:

    "Curly quote of the word opening shows that:

    Quote on the right shows that: & quot; (This is the goal for both word quotes.)

    "Curly apostrophe Word shows that:

    Straight apostrophe indicates that: "(this is the purpose of the apostrophes).

    Looks like a search/replace simple should solve this problem. But when I try to use the HR "Search and replace in files" function on the folder of the project, looking for citations of the word, I get the error "no files found matching text.

    I was using copy/paste to copy the characters in question directly from Robohelp HTML and in the areas of search/replace. I tried the two parameters of the checkbox "Ignore HTML tags" and helped search for files named *. * (for example all files in the folder), but I get the same error.

    No idea what I could do wrong?

    The only posts on what I find on this forum suggest using a tool third find/replace, and I'll find and install one of these if really necessary, but it would need approval of our internal IT Department, so I'd rather not.

    Any help is appreciated!

    -George

    Hmm, I see the problem now. I think that the quotes used to enter with HTML code, now they show as the french quotes.

    Good news, however, I found the search and replace failed until I turned on the respect of the case. Try this.

  • Table names (for quotes, the quote lines and price breaks)

    Hi Experts,

    What are the names of tables for the quote, the quote lines and quotes price breaks.

    Thank you

    MPH

    Quotes and POs share the same tables.
    The type_lookup_code in po_headers_all identifies the type of the document.

    Quotations > po_headers_all (or you can use PO_HEADERS_RFQQT_V)
    lines-online po_lines_all (or you can use PO_LINES_RFQQT_V)
    price breaks-online po_line_locations_all (or you can use PO_LINE_LOCATIONS_V)

    Hope that answers your question,

  • How can legends of the slideshow - I remove the quotes?

    I create a slideshow in Lightroom 3 using the legend and the predefined rating.  There are no quotes legends of metadata, but when I saw the slideshow all my legends have quotes. I searched the Edit > Preferences in the slideshow module, but there is no mention of legends or the quotes.  How can I get rid of the quotes?

    Thanks for any help or suggestion!

    (3 days: 55 people have watched this discussion, but no one answered.)  I still hope that I can remove the quotes around my slide show of legends.  Any ideas out there somewhere?)

    9 views in fact...

    You need to change the preset. Click the text, and then on the toolbar change custom settings, in the legend area.

    You can then save this as a new preset.
