  I'm trying to insert a new record into the database using a form.
  
  I have an Employee table and its corresponding entity object and the view object. The table has an id that is used as the primary key and is filled using a sequence in the comic book.
  
  Data controls, I dragged and dropped at the sight of the employee as a form of ADF and checked the submit button include. Then I dragged and dropped the validation on submit button operation.
  
  When I connect to the app and go to the page used to create, I have 2 problems:
  1 - the form is filled with the logged in user info.
  2. If I try to change the news and validation, the user info is changed in the database and no new record is created.
  
  It makes a little sense to me, but I would like to know if there is a way around it (get an empty form and insert a new record).

  You try to deploy a fresh agent 12.1.0.x of the Add Wizard (push agent) host in the console EM OR you upgrade your existing em 12.1.0.1 to 12.1.0.2 using upgrade agent agent console in the EM console?

  (a) If you are doing a new installation of 12.1.0.1 agent then look at the requirement of the section required pre sudo:
  You will need to be defaults requiretty comment in the/etc/sudoers file (this is fixed in MS 12.1.0.2)

  Thank you for reading. I'm new to Acrobat and just bought CS4. I created a form to send by e-mail. However, I noticed that the form is still editable when the recipient sees.

  How can I flatten that the form send noneditable (flattened PDF)?

  By default, the signer didn't need to have an E-Sign account to sign the documents. They receive an email and click on the document link to open and sign it.

  You only set the function to run but not executed.

  You should add a line like:

  AtStartup();

  to your script.

  As noted if you have been set "defaultValue" to the fields, then clear the fields would remove any entry present and restore the default values.

  Or you could write a custom JavaScript to clear the fields and then run your startup script.
