The software doesn't recognize the subscription renewal

I have a creative cloud subscription which renews the 25th of each month.  He renewed on 25 August, as usual, and when I connect to Adobe, it shows that my account is active and current.  However, when I try to open Photoshop, it is said that it can connect to the internet to confirm my renewal.  Specifically, it says "please connect to the internet and try again. Your computer appears to be offline. An internet connection is required. If please connect to the internet and try again. If the problem persists, please contact customer service. »

Obviously, as I'm typing this on an online forum, I am connected to the internet. I can even click on the customer service link in the post above and it takes me directly to adobe.  I made no changes to my internet, web browser, or anything else from my software renewed in July and then it connected very well.  I saw the link to a help page on the errors of connection or activation (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html) in a different view on internet connectivity issues and went through all the steps on it.  Everything checked out fine.

I really need to be able to use my software.  Any help on how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

  • Question about the subscription renewal for vSphere lab Essentials home

    First post on the forum here.  My apologies if this isn't the right place for a question like this.

    I have a lab at home that I have set up using the "VMware vSphere 5 Kit Essentials" that I had bought on the VMware online store.  It was a pretty fun because it let me familiarize themselves with the technology that I use at work without the same consequences for the mistakes of the project.

    To be honest though, I have never much thought about support and subscriptions for it... Setup should really just have to learn and be the main server for my house projects.  The cost for me to buy the Kit of Essentials has been a little more than $500 a year ago, and it seems that my still currently active subscription (my account displays "subscription only" for the Essentials Kit) allows me to download the latest patches and maybe even upgrade to a new major version in the future.  I would like to continue the subscription, as this seems to be more profitable that leave on the subscription and then renew... compared to the initial $ 500, a one or three year renewal looks pretty good - and I'd get to continue to be on the latest versions of the vSphere Essentials.

    I thought it would be as simple as clicking on renew somewhere on my account, but that begins to not look like an option.  I think that I am driven to get in touch with a business partner for the subscription renewals (is this sounding right?).  This seems a bit much for me for a small laboratory at home like mine.  Is the only way to renew a subscription via a partner company?  If I'm completely off track here, please let me know.  If I'm here, does anyone know (or recommend) a partner company that manages small renewals as mine would be?

    Maybe I'm hesitant for nothing, but I thought I would ask those who understand the subscription and support better than me.

    To answer my own question, I discovered that for users with contracts less than $3,000... is it possible to make a renewal online without the need to go through a partner.  It turns out that the link to the online renewal page is available through the 60, 30, 15 days notice in advance of the emails that are sent to the holder of the account (which is how I found it).  The page renewal me related to this FAQ PDF that I found useful.  I was able to successfully renew my subscription from the link.

    The important bits for me were the following (from the FAQ):

    Q: can customers renew all contracts renewal online?

    A: customers will be able to renew those contracts to a total value of less than $3,000 USD only. Customers will have the option of

    move to a higher level of service, or a longer term, as you wish.

    During a recent discussion with a representative of the Adobe technical support, I asked that the function of my renewal to Adobe CC be disabled.  Let me say very clearly that at no time in my life I always wanted my Adobe CC subscription renew automatically.  This is the snippet of our conversation:

    Me: before I do, please confirm that my subscription will be EVER auto renew again. I don't play these games.

    Adobe: I'm scared because this is something that we cannot ensure that our customer as we have here the automatic renewal process.

    In response to this, I have three questions.

    1. is your computer connected to a domain?

    If your computer is connected to a domain environment I would ask you to contact the administrator of the computer.
    Your journal Id and password is checked on the network, since you are not able to connect to the network it is why you are unable to connect.

    The Sansa times .mp3, .wma. OGG, FLAC and .wav. It cannot decode m4a or mpeg-4.

    Are downloads of iTunes? Apple doesn't want read you elsewhere on your computer and whatever this dopI little pocket music player they do is called?   M4a and .aac are owners of Apple formats.

    You must extract these files from CDs in mp3, or if you do not have CD you will need to convert m4a to mp3. Download the free media encoder and conversion (transcoding) these files mp4 to mp3 high quality, 192 Kbps or higher. If you use more low-quality mp3 will save you space, but the sound quality will suffer.

    And if you use iTunes to rip a CD, you can change the settings (in Edition/Preferences/Advanced/import music, which differs from the advanced visible tab) to mp3 instead of m4a files when rip you.

    If your files are m4p, the p is for protégés who are protected against copying the files, which means that you're not supposed to move on another device.  The only way to convert is to go into the underground world of pirate.
