Plan creative cloud renewed, still unable to use the subscription
I met the problem of renewal, the transaction on June 7, 2016 is successful but the CC keep saying I need to renew the subscription. I was contact Adobe Cat 3 times and contact support 2 times during 2 months and nobody don't contact me at all, even that they promised that their technical team will contact me within 24-48 hours each time.
Now, my essays are everywhere too and I couldn't use one software, which is rampant in my company. Could someone help?
