  The letter 'J' means that the photo is part of a pair of "GROSS" and "JPEG", and the JPEG file has been selected as the original image file.  If the RAW file is selected as the original, you would see an 'R' in the corner.

I completely deleted my profile, he has restored and copied the file places.sqlite to my other computer and now everything works well again.   I called the 1-866-230-0560 Option 3 Volume licenses and talked to someone who searched under the name of the school in order to locate licenses. It is even searched under our zip code and found other licenses that have been purchased by the school where the dealer abbreviated the name of the school.

  I hope that this is useful information to others in the same situation.
