the value in timestamp insertion error

Hey people,

I need to insert ' 03:23:45 ' in a timestamp column.

INSERT into pc (col1)-> col1 is of type timestamp
SELECT to_date('03:23:45','hh:mi:ss') FROM dual;

its insertion but the output is 0 1 October 10

SELECT to_date('03:23:45','hh:mi:ss') FROM dual;
o/p-01/10/2010 03:23:45

Can U help me in this... .i am using oracle 11g

You must format your output like this:

select to_char(col1, 'DD-MM-YYYY HH24:MI:SS.FF6') from pc

It contains aggregate data but in the format known to oracle

First, you post in the wrong forum as this one is only for Oracle's SQL developer tool. So you might ask your question in the general forum of SQL.

Second, you might solve your problems with bind variable:

Insert tab

(sno, a, b, sum)

values

(: SNO,: A: B: A + B :))

You should not use sum as column name because it is a reserved word.

More you cannot insert into two different tables with a single SQL, but you can use PL/SQL to do this:

Start

insert into tab values (: SNO,: A: B: A + B :);)

insert into result values (: SNO,: A + B :);)

end;

If you meet sno from a sequence, you could do something like this:

Start

insert into values tab (seq_sno.nextval,:,: B,: A +: B) return sno in: SNO.

insert into result values (: SNO,: A + B :);)

end;

For more information on CHS and Timo, Swapna has TIMESTAMP columns in the database (not Java timestamps).

Swapna, let's make this easy. Just create a view in your database that has the additional column you want (do you, after all to have SQL to do this from another thread). Then, just to make your select EO/VO from the point of view of database.

Get the value of the element for PL/SQL procedure
Hello, I am very new to apex development, so this is probably a simple question.

I created a procedure that uses PL/SQL to insert rows in a table. The PL/SQL work correctly when I have to hardcode values. But when I try to get the values of the form elements, the values are not inserted into the table.

I'm referencing the item using the syntax: nom_element.
What is the right syntax? Is there anything else I need to do for the element or in the procedure to get the value of the element.

ORA-00001 violation, always on the 2nd insertion irrespective of the values

I get a UK violation when I shouldn't be, and I'm stuck. Where to look to figure out what is causing the problem? Excerpts below.
I insert only two records. The second insertion always fails, regardless of the value of LOT_NO.

Found the problem.

I thought that I had disabled triggers. Turns out I didn't, and a defective trigger is overwhelming as LOT_NO.

It's always the answer is simple.

XQuery insert node and assign the value based on an XPATH expression

I am trying to write a function that receives an XML as input parameters and return updated XML output

-nodes are removed from the input XML code

-a node must be inserted and the node value must be 1 or 0, based on an XPATH expression

I discovered how to remove nodes, I discovered how to insert a new node, but I can not set the value of the conditionally inserted node an XPATH expression.

Here's my current procedure and below a sample of one XML of entry. I use Oracle 12 c.

In this case, because HASPATH expression could be set to true, the value of the added node must be 1.

Any help or advice how I should fight against that would be appreciated. I have no experience with XML and XQuery, I create my function through from trial and error of the doc.

A single display element is not rendered at the point of entry to the difference of the other editable on the page elements, if you look at the html code of any view one item and compare it with a textfield should be clear.

Case returns the error on the value of type (error-17308)

I have the following problem with TestStand: I use a sequence setting tension on an instrument. The first step in this sequence is to choose the instrument to define. It worked absolutely fine so far. Next, I added a tool to select (called 2602A here). Now, it always works for all instruments, but not for this one. I also tested the Select / Case regardless, he does the same. The error message indicates that the type of my value does not match the type expexted. Yet, the type, as defined in the parameters.instrument is good (see attached photo). I tried with/without reference: same behavior. I tried with/without check Type: same behavior.

Maybe I can specify that my instrument works very well, I tested the list of instructions under the indendently step case, without any difficulty.

Looks like you do a comparison in the "select" for a string type as seen by the value, but the setting for the case is an assessment rather than a string of values to compare to and I can not make sense since he's looking for a game (chained a ternary operator) or returns - 1 - making in this case doesn't make no sense - do in the select to return whereby cases to go.

I tried to create an interface to change attributes of my camera during the acquisition. I created a cluster that has orders for BinningX & Y, cadence, exposure and position. When the VI running everything works fine except when changing the value binning more than once, I always get an error on the second attempt. The range is from 1 to 9 and at the beginning of the VI I can't change any value in this range, but if I try to change it to something else after that, even at 1, I get an error that the value is out of range. Any idea what could be the cause?

Change the order in which you pass in parameters. I had this problem several times.

Indeed, if the return on investment that you describe is out of the detection area, you will get this error.

Do not forget that the X offset + width cannot be greater than the width of the sensor and Y Offset height cannot be greater than the height sensor.

I try to use the VI of unconstrained optimization to fit a measured spectrum. However, each call VI, I get the error:
