• Firefox does not allow Silverlight to run Netflix content on my browser after the most recent Microsoft update.

  The Netflix support rep said that I now need to remove Firefox for 64-bit operating system and install Firefox 32 bits, which I don't even think is possible. I have Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Netflix was working fine until the update of Microsoft ran 36 hours ago. Now only Internet Explorer run Netflix content successfully. I uninstalled and re-installed Silverlight, rebooted my PC and no dice.

  As for the 32-bit Firefox version you already have: 39 of Firefox is not available in a 64-bit version, at least not officially.

  I think that your Silverlight is a different version of mine. Could you visit the Microsoft test page and see if he says you're good?

  Unfortunately, the only available drivers for your computer to the HP Web site are for Vista.  What is the supplied operating system initially with the computer.  However, here are the drivers for Win 7 for another model of HP.  The components are the same as your only newer.  Try them to see if they work.  Please do NOT use the update of the BIOS, however.

  I checked the history of updates on my computer and all of them are installed with the exception of Windows MRT x 64-April 2010 (KB890830) (malicoius software removal tool). Everything works correctly, try to remove this update.

  Family of Microsoft can have a total of 6 accounts.  One of the parents and children 5 is the limit.   This is normal.

  If the email is not in your spam folder, then it looks like that you signed up with an incorrect email address.  Make sure that your MS account profile.
