  Try putting a piece of insulating tape on the back edge of the battery to tighten toward the top of the stack.

  WhatsApp was annouced for Blackberry z10 and it is scheduled to be released sometime this week. When you need to go to Blackberry world with you z10 and install from there.

  Run the tool. If it solves the problem or not, would be elsewhere, post all messages (Word for Word) and OS version.

  Note that release the difference between software and OS version.

  Well, your phone is still under warranty. I suggest take back you and either be repaired or replaced.

  I bought my Z10 BB this Saturday. The first thing you can do with a new devices will check the updates. The OS on my Z10 works 10.0.10.690. I tried to update the software via "update over the air" and the BB link. It did not work. I get the message "the update server is not temporary is not available." Please try again later. [Error code: 2032] "every time. That's what I get for 48 h. I have testesd in my office and at home. We have very good internet connections. Roboot does not help. Taking the battery all ongoing enforcement and restarting does too.

  Link BB says even my version to date. ...? -> still running 10.0.10.690

  What can I do?

  My Z10 has certain behaviors strange anymay. I've had 4 accidents just by adding a few new addresses.

  I have a few brangings "t-online", even though I have the bought new on Amazon with no contract (and I don't use t-online).

  I'm doing something wrong?

  @all: the definition of insanity doing the same thing again and again until we have the result located. Believe it or not, sometimes it works! Update 10.2 crossed! Was the update server down? Anyway, thanks to you both for your support.

  Last question. How can I remove this brand image? Its no big deal, but maybe there is an easy solution.

  I started getting messages 'this tag is blank or not recognized' continuing on my screen. They appear every few seconds, accompanied by a vibration.

  I had seen this happen to someone - who had stuck a card of NFC in their case... The BlackBerry kept reading the card (which was empty)...

  Try this,

  Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

  Now, after the reboot, it gives five minutes for synchronization to calm and a phone call to the test data set.

• Z10 frequent spontaneous restart of the Z10 blackBerry

  I started noticing that my Z10 restarts randomly so that I am carying in my pocket at least a couple of times a week. Given that I have to enter my pin code to activate the phone again I'm not reachable as long I have not noticed the restart which is quite annoying, of course.

  At first, I thought it was the battery bad contact, but I can move battery with my hand and the phone continues to operate. So I thought that it was a software bug.

  Now, I have discovered that I am able to reproduce easily the restart by applying a soft phone force as if turning the phone with both hands (like wringing a wet towl). I don't even have twist hard.

  Everyone knows the same problem? What do you have on this?

  I lost the receipt so I doubt I can return to the store.

  Fold a small piece of paper and place it along the top of the battery (at the top, opposite the end with the contacts). See the image below where are the Red arrows.

  Try a few days and see if restarts persists.

  You can toggle it by day, week and month. You can locate them at the bottom of your screen. You can set your default calendar view (default value is day) per month. You can do this by sliding on the upper bezel and drag it to the bottom, you can see the settings. Now the settings, tap general > calendar view the default set for the month.

  On the display of the month, you can drag to the left to change from month to month. Alternatively, you can drag down to display the month.

• Z10 blackBerry a way to disable the bluetooth handset and use activate streaming audio only?

  I use bluetooth in my car to make or receive phone calls and it only allows you to stream Pandora.  On my previous BBs, I was able to disable the handset function and just use streaming, but I'm not find similar options on the Z10.  Does anyone know how to do this? Right now I just turn off my stereo when I receive a call, but this isn't a good solution.  Thanks for any comments.

  The Z10 BlackBerry doesn't have the option to edit what services are allowed with a Bluetooth connection.

  Depending on your vehicle, you will need to access your Bluetooth set up or the settings in the dashboard of your car to control what features are Bluetooth-enabled.

  If you don't know how to access these settings, contact your dealer or see your owner's manual.

  Is there something I need to do to update Blackberry World?  I am running 4.2.1.111 and want to access the latest version, but there is no obvious way to upgrade.  Any help would be appreciated.

• BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry identity update

  I searched the archives for more than an hour and couldn't find anything on this problem...

  Since I installed Blackberry App World 3.0, whenever I go to BAW it tells me I have to install a Blackberry identity update, if I say 'no' he throws me and I say 'yes', it takes about 20 minutes, with a full reboot... and then I'll come back an hour later and it me instlal once again...

  I am better I installed it at least 50 to 60 times and it's not bad, it STILL requires that I re - install again whenever I click on Blackberry App World.   It would be one thing if this installation was fast, but it's not, it requires a complete reboot and rakes anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes.

  What is the problem and how to fix it?

  Well, I finally understood the problem... when I connect the phone to the Blackberry Desktop Manager and use the Application Loader, it re - install Blackberry OS software, roll back to an earlier version, which requires a reinstallation of the recent Blackberry identity update.

  So, the solution is not to use Blackberry Desktop Manager.  Solved!
