There are advanced settings for VM - VM affinity rules?

First time post, but I have found extremely useful forums in search engine results so thought I should get involved as much as I can.

Anyway, I was asked a question about the rules of affinity, and I was not able to find the answer anywhere, so I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction please.

My client gave me a list of VMs that are 'pairs' - by that I mean that they both the same, but act is turned on and the other is used only if the virtual direct machine is not reachable. There is nothing intelligent power which, as grouping or well HA within the OS.

We asked me to make sure the pair of VM could not be fed by the same ESXi host, thus following the documentation for VMware, I created a virtual-VM affinity DRS machine rule. I was asked to test it, and honestly, it works a treat. However, the result is not desired. Unfortunately, I can not give too much information because of policies, but I'll try my best to explain the whole upward and deliver.

The rule stops two virtual machines are hosted on the same ESXi host at

VM1 is the direct server, VM2 is the backup server

Both of the above are in the relevant rule

There are 8 hosts in the cluster

HA and DRS are enabled on the cluster

ESXi version 4.1

If I manually start a vMotion VM2, send to the host who currently hosts VM1, it seems to happen: VM2 vMotion gets 78% > > DRS Rules are evaluated > > VM1 is vMotion had to a new host > > VM2 vMotion ends when VM1 is off the host

However, I am told that the customer would have preferred that the VM2 vMotion fails, or the vMotion process automatically sends elsewhere, rather than invoke a VM1 vMotion.

I'm not quite sure what is happening in the case of a real event of HA, I'm sure I read that HA not take account of the DRS Rules? The foregoing only happens because it is a manual vMotion? Or y at - it a better method that I forgot?

Unfortunately, as you use vSphere4.1, you're out of look about the DRS control over an HA event, it's a feature of 5.x

If you do a manual vMotion then you are effectively denying your rules of affinity of DRS, until she physically check the rule during the migration. It's as good as it gets.

Your option is to buy a Windows 10 compatible graphics card, only very rarely a graphic map of the era XP would be appropriate/compatible with Windows 10.

Compaq Presario CQ42: Synaptics Touchpad disabled in advanced settings for other users

I have three in my Compaq Presario CQ-42 user profiles, an administrator and others are "user".

When I fisrt lives the synaptics touch settings window buffer through my first profile "User" 1, in the properties of the mouse-> device-> Synaptics LuxPad V7.4-> settings settings, all the options in this window were available for selection and nobody has been disabled. Now when I go to 'Administrator' profile, some of the options in this window settings are disabled, and seem to be partly hidden. As the option 'Enable the Pinch Zoom in the Pinch Zoom section' and 'Activate Pivot spin turn' seems to be hidden/disabled. To check this, I created the other profile of 'Other users' 2, but without success, and I found the same problem here too. I also tried to uninstall the synaptics driver several times of all profiles, but every time I have re-installed and checked to get the same result. The parameters were only available for the 'User' 1 profile every time and disable for profile administrator and "User 2" profile.

I can produce the same shots if necessary.

Please help me to get the solution because I'm very addicted to advanced by synaptics settings.

It seems that you need to activate the advanced settings of your touchpad on your laptop, you are only able to do this in a profile, as in the other some options are grayed out. I will try to help you with this.

To help you more effectively on this issue, could you please provide the following:

The operating system currently installed on your laptop.
Model and product numbers on your laptop.

In the meantime, see if it can help you all: use and configure the TouchPad (Windows 7 and Vista).

There are new drivers for Bluetooth for my Travelmate 5730 G use 10 64-bit Windows

I've upgraded to 64-bit Windows of 10 some time ago, but have just realized that I don't have the Bluetooth functionality that I had previously with Windows 7 Professional. Are there new drivers I need to load? Windows 10 does not give me an option under "Devices" to activate Bluetooth.

Acer is not any support for Windows 8, 8.1, or 10 for the Travelmate 5730 G.

You will need to find the drivers in Google.

If you have too many problems, you can restore in Win 7.

By mistake, I changed the settings of Security Advanced for the whole of the C:\ drive in win8 so that now I (or any other user) cannot yet access the drive or change the original settings. When I try to go back to the previous restore points access is denied when I try to open and toggle autour C:\ drive or user settings through the CMD, access is denied. You must do a clean install (erase all data on the computer and install Windows 10 directly from a CD or a USB key).

No we do not have a driver that supports the PCI-4351 on a Linux system. The drivers current DAQ for Linux is

NOR-DAQmx Version 8.0 for Linux

NOR-DAQmx Base Version 2.1 for Linux

In the readme.txt file, you will find information on all the different hardware that is supported by the driver. The PCI-4351 is not there.

Another resource to check the compatibility of the driver is to go to the acquisition devices data (DAQ) Installation/Configuration Troubleshooting - Support of the Driver NOR-DAQ.

Whenever there are new updates for windows, I'm not able to download them. I get the error code 646. How can I install updates?

There are settings of the device?

I knew that the Flipout has not had a flash, but I guess if my old boring phone had the brightness settings, my new Droid would certainly. And the help function tells me there are advanced camera settings, but not where they are hidden. Can someone tell me what menu I should look into. Or if there is there best camera apps out there than the default?

The only available parameters are under the menu (the 4 squares soft keys at the bottom left of the tap) in camera mode. Your choice is peak resolution, resolution of Vid, Quick Uplaod Album and review time.

I bought the Geforce GTX 680 mac edition and installed in my Mac Pro 2012. However, there are some settings in Premiere Pro that are a bit complicated to me. To maximize the effectiveness of the video card and get the best time record I want to make sure my settings are correct.
I read that under sequence settings, it is best to check the quality of best rendering then under Preferences > memory I need to check memory instead of the Performance. Am I correct in doing this?

Do not set the memory to memory. Real time playback and export slowing down considerably. Only if you're low on ram, to start with. Only, you must ask the rendering quality Max for sequences sometimes when FX preview correctly.

I had so much trouble with this issue and that's something that continually frustrates my boss. I have a HD video what are the settings for it
