There are several scripts that I can't use.
I loaded the scripts in my library of Muse, I can see them using the text tool. But I can't click on them.
It is disabled for most scripts. How it should work?
So you see, I can use the grand Fredericka.
This does not work for Cantarell.
I chose yesterday, but cannot use it.
What I am doing wrong?
Yes I use CC - otherwise I couldn't use Fredericka grand and a few others.

What is happening with all the sites of muse or a specific? Create a new site and try to add the same font in a text box.
If you are faced with the same question in the new site then I advise you to reset the preferences of Muse by renaming a folder of preferences on your machine.
You can find the file in the following location
Windows:
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming {replace (username) with your windows user name}
Once rename com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.0 com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.0_old
MAC:
Go to Finder > go > go to folder
type ~/library/preferences and press return
Once rename com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.0 com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.0_old
Be sure Muse of output before you rename the folder.
In case the problem still persists please let me know.

There are fixes for older versions, but not Windows 7, I can find. When I search the forums, the answers are pretty useless - along the lines of "well go on the forum of office" just because someone questioned the .doc files. It is an old problem, old with MS and covered needs in a reasonable manner.

I was able to penetrate by a guest profile, but I can't remove a user profile admin, to remove all the programs or make me an admin because I do not have the passwords. Any suggestion would be appreciated. I have no discs either.

first thing I could do with it would be to reinstall the operating
system itself. You don't know how the computer has been maintained,
which has been improperly installed, what's missing, what virus and

Check your Adobe account online. If you have registered the software version should be shown there.
Never share your serial number publicly... anyone can use it.

My computer has Windows 7 and Acrobat Reader DC. When I open a PDF sent there are several fonts instead of one. The only difference I can find is 'Properties - font - Arial - Type of the actual is of Type 1 fonts' instead of 'TrueType '. If this is the problem, how can I change the Type 1 for TrueType, and if not, what could be the problem and the fix?
It cannot be resolved with Reader. Sounds like an issue that will be attached to the end of the creation of embedding fonts.

This happens usually when the import process was not completed. If you have the original camera card - or a copy of the computer of the map - you can probably use the re-import command (on the file menu) to fix things. In addition, it is possible that the original media is imported, but this transcoding was not. If you have chosen to optimise upon import, try to select clips in the browser and transcoding to optimized.
