  Some malware knows how to avoid the standard as applications McAffee, Norton and Kaspersky, Avast.

  To be absolutely sure, you may have to reset it to the factory or clean install.  Make sure that you have a backup first.

  For starters, stop Lightroom

  On Windows, do the following

  Click the Windows Start button and in the search box type: -.

  %AppData%\adobe\lightroom

  Then press Return\Enter

  This will take you to the folder Lightroom (see image below)

  Select the Preferences folder and click on delete to send it to the Recycle Bin.

  Close the Lightroom folder, and re-start the Lightroom program.

  If you can not just do a right-click on the icon and select "remove."

  then you can right click on start and select Explorer.

  Then, search for and in the "desktop" folder and delete the shortcut in this pdf.

  However, remember that if you only delete the shortcut, then the physical pdf file will always be on the disk.   so if you want to delete the pdf file in its entirety, and then open the shortcut and see where is the location of the pdf file.

  Finally, if by chance you don't have administrative priviledge to remove the shortcuts and files, then you will either need to log as administrator or start in safe mode to perform the tasks above.

  Thanks for asking! It seems that you use some custom settings for history and an option enabled lock you in a permanent private browsing mode. Here's what to do:
  Go to Menu > settings > privacy there, uncheck the box that says always "use Private Browsing Mode. See the screenshot if you can't find it.

  You don't mention what email program you use. If Outlook Express check for working offline and deselect the preview pane and see if it will remove this way. If this is not the case, the sending, or sent items box is corrupt.
   
  Proceed as follows for the Outbox and if the problem persists, repeat for the sent items after you move the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.
   
  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
   
  In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.
   
  With OE closed, find the DBX file for the folder in question {Outbox.dbx} and delete it.  Another will be created automatically when you open OE.
   
  General precautions for Outlook Express:
   
  Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

When I put it on charge the red light at the top is not even the light until it is as if the phone doesn't even have a battery inside.  At point of customer service, said he was locked up due to the Apple ID, but already knew it wasn't the issue because who wouldn't keep the red lighting light when plugged in to charge. Is there someone who has experienced anything like this or any reason why this would happen? Any help would be greatly appreciated and help this Apple out of the pit, in which she is stuck!

  Perform the steps mentioned below and see if it works.

  a: Locate the optical drive that contains your stuck drive. You will see a small hole on or immediately below the disc tray.

  b: Straighten the paper clip.

  c: Insert the straight end of the paperclip into the hole and push. You should snap inside the locking mechanism.

  d: Gently pull the paper clip. The disc tray will come with it

  e: Remove the CD or DVD and close the drawer.

  Note: If you are not comfortable to do these steps, please take the help of a Local technician. Alternatively, you can contact Emachines support for assistance.
