• Version 9.0.1 opens on a Google page, with no option of Firefox menu available and no obvious way to access and modify. Firefox is configured as the default browser. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times - same result. Version 8 was fine.

  Once installed, the icon of Firefox opens a Google web browser page that has no toolbar or the navigation buttons. He won't go to Firefox with Google as a research tool. It doesn't seem to be a way to get Firefox.

  Follow the steps below to disable text to speech in Windows Vista.

  (a) go to the section on your main screen where you see the time displayed.

  (b) it is called the "bar", all kinds of small icons are visible here, there's even a gadget of the small arrow that would normally point to the right if you have a lot of programmes to help you use windows.

  (c) "left click on"the small arrow in a circle - this will expand the list to display small icons, drip slowly mouse over the bar of 'system' in order to launch a pop - up of each icon, once you reach the icon that says something like "text to speech tool","make a clique right".

  (d) a pop-up list appears showing what options are available - option whatever go to "Properties" or "settings", "click on" this element gives.

  (e) a new Panel will appear - in select here the article that says something like "launch on startup", it should have a box next to it, that will be ticked or marked in some way - "click" this element so that it seems to be clear and followed by the button "apply" "click" the button "OK" - which should solve your problem.

  I posted a topic on it as well.  Seems like if update the CC has allowed me to finally extract any section marked in and out of any track independently of any other person when sync lock is disabled.  Very powerful (and very basic) tool!

  I would recommend learn from Subversion (which is a bit like CVS, only a bit more modern): http://subversion.tigris.org

  There is a plugin for Flex Builder (Eclipse) that makes use of Subversion is quite easy: http://subclipse.tigris.org

  There is definitely a learning curve to set up and use a full source control system like Subversion.  But well worth the effort (and some would say an absolute necessity).  You can also find suppliers of Subversion hosted, which could reduce your preparation time.  Take the plunge.

  seen on:
  -Windows 7 x 64 machine with 12 GB of RAM and high performance CPU (core i7-920)
  -Comments Machine virtual WinXP SP3 (in Oracle VirtualBox) running on the same computer
  -Intel Atom D525 netbook with 4 GB of RAM, running Win7 x 64

  None of these machines are connected through Sync or something like that. The Firefox instance on the virtual machine is a fresh install / clean.

  The problem:
  -100% of cpu usage for 10 seconds, (util in XP) memory usage goes up to 1.7 GB
  -If "subject: House" is actually the Firefox Start Page, it blocks the computer at startup of Firefox for 10 seconds
  -If "subject: House" isn't the Firefox Start Page, startup is fine - BUT if I press the "home" on the toolbar button it loads "on: House" which causes the same question once again

  Sounds that there is a problem with one of the code snippets that are responsible. I've seen several reports on this issue.

  You can set the browser.aboutHomeSnippets.updateUrl pref an empty string on the subject: the page of config to disable loading (new) checked to see if that helps.

  Not quite sure what "disappeared" means. You can try to remove and re - download.
