When I click a link on a Web page - all I get is a blank page. I tried of you "fix" and have nothing. HELP HELP HELP I'm willing to trash Firefox and go to IE!

See the help of | Check For Updates and then install Firefox version 3.6.16

If you want to update to the latest version which is Firefox 4, and then repeat the same steps.

Then the Start button go to settings windows and then Control Panel, look for Java in the list and click the update now button.

Update, the problem should be corrected.

Also, I recommend you go to the page of Plugins check and update all that is needed here too.

  • Problem with this forum

    This forum seems to have problems with the web page as it is for me to write the answers.

    If I do the answer much longer than the initial block to put in, the text starts jumping up and down and hiding, I am trying to add more text.

    In case it makes any difference, I use IE 7.0.6001.18000 under Vista SP1 and had already added a few URLs to the response before I saw this problem.

    I have the same problem. I use a workaround is to open Notepad and type my content inside. Then I copy and paste it into the reply box. He's always jumping on after having stuck, but at least I have everything in the first box.

    OK again, I am a graphic designer and received a project by e-mail. I use IllustratorC3 and it uses C6. She did download this project off the interent however. The first time she sent the project it would not start, or if that was the case I lost a lot of data. I even copied to my desktop and tried to open illustator, then open the project, it's when it opened but I lost some data. This last time she sent that the project seems to be starting to open as it is in the command line but then closes and nothing happens. I did a search for my AIRegTool.exe on my hard drive without success. I also looked online for a download without success, any suggestions? This could be a very big project in the long run, I really need help, thanks.

    It can save it as a file CS-3, in the Options dialog box of the Illustrator who appears after hitting the button Save in the Save as dialog box.

  • BlackBerry Z10 more low volume low enough

    Has anyone else noticed that the the lower volume for listening to music with headphones is not low enough?  I want the possibility of lowering one or two steps more silent, but it does go OFF from the level low.

    I was hoping that the main volume control was a master, but it seems to be the exact same as the command buttons on the side.  The main volume is back completely to the left (less a step).  I don't have any headphones with their own volume setting thus at the mercy of the BB controls (whether on the coast or on the screen).

    Y at - it any other ideas?

  • Is Adobe process failure reports through this Forum?

    Due to the user experience of the support of the entry pages, we gave me the impression that I could report a defect here and get a response. However, after reporting a fault, I have seen no response from anyone at Adobe.  Expects that poster here and after getting no response, us then would be a hotline?  My hope is that within one business day, someone from Adobe would confirm that it was a defect being degenerated, or that it worked as expected.  Is there any objective level of service associated with this forum?

    Would be great if that could be clarified.  It takes a long time for me to pass by writing how to reproduce the error and test in several scenarios, before posting.  I don't mind this operation and to put my project on hold to get Muse to be a better product.   If you're simply ignoring this info, then I would like to know better how to submit written bug reports.  If you ask me to repeat all of this to someone on the phone, it would be useful to know this.

    Officially, the forums are user forums. The level of involvement of staff Adobe varies considerably from one product to the other. In the case of the Muse, the technical support team spends a lot of time on forums (when it is not active on the chat or phone calls), and many of us on the development team is also active on the forum (when not head down working on Muse).

    If your priority is to reach a member of the Adobe staff 1 on 1 in the minimum amount of time or the issue you need to discuss includes things of a confidential nature (IE subscription details, etc.), then support chat or telephone are your best bet.     The downside of support 1-on-1 is what you will receive responses confined to knowledge and expertise of the technician technical support join you.     It seems that you've posted a few questions on the forum of Muse. The first responded within an hour, which is frankly much more quickly than is typical. A day or two would be more typical. As you note, the second remains unanswered after 5 days and you have answered your own thread 4 days ago. I'll answer this one after I posted this.

    No, but as a level 2, you can report it to the moderators. Click on the arrow down and select report, and indicate your reasons for the mods to examine.

    Like many on this forum, my WVC80N will not send notifications by e-mail.  I tried every piece of advice I can find and do always no chance – are there options on the left, or do I just a lemon?  Here's my current situation:

    -On the motion, reading the newspaper: SMTP: cannot send E-mail to "[email protected]".

    -Email test fails as well

    -Camera is visible on the web as well to the local ip address of 10.0.1.x and on the Internet via my dyndns address.  It broadcasts the video very well and detects a movement very well according to its newspapers.

    -Camera is assigned static IP address of 10.0.1.6, the camera and the router.

    -Firmware is v1.0.01 build 00

    -My router (time capsule from Apple) transferred successfully to the camera port.  I gave on port 80, as well as the "alternate" web port of 1024 and also submit the Protocol RTSP port 554 and 500.  I even sent port 25 just to see if it would help.

    -I'm 100% sure that my mail server credentials are correct, the my ISP SMTP server to accept traffic on port 25, and that it requires NO SSL.  I am able to send mail from my mail client using the exact same credentials of the same Internet connection.

    -J' rebooted it many times

    -Camera is on my wifi network, but fully functional except this problem of e-mail.

    -DNS server is configured for the IP address of my router, but also I tried of it affecting the google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as well, the public DNS servers.

    -TZO DDNS is disabled

    -UPnP is disabled

    -RTSP multicast is disabled

    Then... Yes.  It seems that I've covered all the bases I can find it and still no dice.  Is there anything I've forgotten?  Otherwise, looks like I'll replace the cursed thing.

    You can try the service of OMR of TZO, or another SMTP relay service.  TZO will give you a short free trial of this service and that has worked for me since my local ISP blocks port 25 outgoing.  I did use port 2525 and TZO SEO service and when he sends an email he sends to TZO through port 2525 and then TZO sends mail.

    Try it, it seems to fix most of the problems with email alerts have failed because of the ISP or port block issues

    This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. (Code 12)

    Cause

    This error can occur if two devices that are installed on your computer received the same i/o ports, the same interrupt, or the same Direct memory access channel (whether through BIOS, the operating system, or both). This error message can also appear if the BIOS did not allocate enough resources for the device.

    Recommended resolution

    You can use the Troubleshooting Wizard in Device Manager to determine where the conflict is, and then disable the device in conflict.

    Turn off the device in conflict

    1. In the device properties dialog box, click the general tab.
    2. Click troubleshoot to start the Troubleshooting Wizard. The wizard will ask a few simple questions and provides a solution to your problem, based on the answers you provide.
    3. Follow the resolution steps provided by the wizard to resolve the problem.

    I'm having a problem loading and using my Adobe Photoshop CS3. This is the third time that I use this forum. I us a PC. The operating system is "Microsoft Windows 7 Home prem". I recently had to remove from my hard drive and reload the operating system with all the updates and load to the top of my existing software. All my software works except my Photoshop CS3, which I use most. I loaded the software disc and download online. The system of charge very well and activation is complete.  Here are the main things that don't work properly, I have noticed so far. First of all, I can't open my camera RAW (I can with my Lightroom software, but not with my Photoshop software?). So I can't open any of my files of digital camera? Second, I can open a .jpeg file and use the Photoshop software and I can save the changes, but when I turn off my calculated the software doesn't seem to be on my computer. When I go to Windows ' search program and files "software is not located here. When I go to "Uninstall" the software of the foldername is there it is. "Photoshop CS3" but there isn't any size file to it IE 400 MB, while my software "Lightroom" on the 'uninstall' section will have a file for example size 400 MB tied to it. Thirdly, I also have a photosoftware of B + W, which operated in Photoshop; It's "NIK software - Silver Efex Pro" and it is located in the subtitle of 'filter' of Photoshop CS3. I use Silver Efex and all functions are working properly, but I can't save the file, it does not save the changes to save.
