A problem with Adobe Flash Player

Adobe Flash Player has stopped working properly.

A newer version of this product is available that could solve this problem.

To update Adobe Flash Player, follow these steps:

  1. Click to go online and run the Flash Player uninstaller program

  2. In the file download dialog box, click run, and then follow the instructions to uninstall flash player. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  3. Click to go online and install the Flash Player update

Additional information for users of 64-bit browser

Flash player is not currently supported in the 64-bit browsers. You can run Flash player in a 32-bit browser running on a 64-bit operating system. For more information, see the technote on the Adobe Incorporated Web site:
