Tiara add a channel programmatically

I want to add strings programmatically in a sheet.  How this is done?  I used the following code but seems not to carry out the instructions that I want in the purpose of the 2-D axis.  I used the standard controls example to paint the red background and it works.

Call GraphSheetShow ("leaf 2")

Call GraphObjOpen ("2DAxis1")
D2AxisBackColor = "red".
D2ChnX (1) = 'X-Channel.
D2ChnY (1) = "Y-Channel.

Call GraphObjClose ("2DAxis1")

Call PicUpdate

Hi, Nick Papa

You must first add a new curve. If you want to create more then one curve, you must use different names like "New_Curve2":

    Yes

    (A) in layout mode, add a MIDI activity monitor and assign it to the MIDI from the Fishman. You can name.

    (B) in edit mode, select the hotfix that you want to add a software for instrument channel. In the area of the channel strip, click on the + at the top on the right and add a channel of the instrument (with the Fishman as input).

    (C) loading of sounds/instruments to be used.

    You could also simply start by loading an Instrument patch top try on things without the MIDI guitar (audio).

  • Add a channel CJC for thermocouple

    Hello!

    I'm looking for a suitable temperature measuring device to add a channel of temperature that I will use as a reference channel for my X-Series DAQ Multifunction (USB-6353).  Ideally something that was small and had 3 or 4 terms (power and power) would be nice.  Like a little OCD packaged IC.  Something that can be easily connected to the Terminal Board connections and the temperature around these output connection is what I'm after.  Maybe an RTD?  Mega Kudos for reference numbers.

    Thank you for your comments,

    An RTD would need a precision current source, here are a few basic chip sensors:

  • CAN frame channel Conversion Library - add new channel will not convert on channel

    I hit a roadblock with the Conversion CAN frame v1.0.2 channel library.  I don't think I properly use the 'Add New Channel' vi because it always causes the frame on the canal to fail.  The channel to the conversion of image works fine.  I joined the Panel front and a simple example block diagram.  This VI returns the following error during the conversion of the chassis on the channel:

    Error 8702 is produced to convert image to Channel.vi

    Possible reasons:

    A call to the library met with a null pointer.
    Ensure that all entries in the VI have a valid value.
    In the case of tables, make sure the table is not empty.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    This issue is resolved by upgrading to the Conversion CAN Frame Channel 1.0.3 library and place the frchconvlib.dll file in the C:\Windows\system32 directory.

    Hi Martin,

    TIARA has a maximum global chain of 65335 counter (2 ^ 16).  Based on figures you provided, it looks like you're bumping into this hard limit.  Would it not possible to load the part of all of the data in the data portal and do your calculations in steps?

  • create global channels programmatically

    Hi all

    My question has to do with daqmx.

    I want to know if theres nothing to create the global channels or tasks programmatically without using the wizard of max or daqmx

    the usual procedure is to create global tasks or channels using the wizard of max or daqmx and then add them to your tasks programmatically.

    I want to avoid the use of max here and create channels by program that can be used or called later.

    You can use the task of saving DAQmx or DAQmx save Global Channel screws to register programmatically.

    http://zone.NI.com/reference/en-XX/help/370469AA-01/lvdaqmx/mxsavetask/

    I agree with Dennis, however, almost all the tasks of data acquisition is possible using the standard functions.  You might want to take a look at a few examples of data acquisition by going to help > find examples > Input and Output material > DAQmx.  I always start by these examples, and change them if necessary.

  • Definition of channel programmatically in max scale

    I'm trying to define a new scale for multiple channels in max. Currently, I have 8 channels to max and which could lead to 32. I need a way to define the balance for these with my program, I use the cDaq and pci-50xe acquisitions for now, everything is entered analog. Basically, I'm trying to write a program to do the balance for each channel, it should be fairly simple. I can't create all scales needed before running because there are too many different sensors. I want to do it this way, rather than creating a custom scale so that I can have multiple channels in the same task that all have different scales.

    Ah.  you're really talking about application "Calibration factors" to your specific sensors. right (sort of a poor man TEDS)?

    in this case, I use a scale of 'Master' "MyLoadCell" that defines the units and provides a "Nominal" scale and apply to the individual gain and offset each sensor via a scale property node.  You have several ways to store this information in your system.  Named MAX scales can work well in your case and the DAQmx > advanced > configuration scale palette offers two options to get these properties applied to the scale.

    Hey Zaid,

    Try the following code.

    1. create the inner class on your managed bean.

    private class MyListener implements ActionListener {

    {} public void processAction (ActionEvent actionEvent)

    write your action listener code here...

    System.out.println ("invoked");

    2. then add actionListener class to your button.

    Addpopup RichCommandImageLink = new RichCommandImageLink();

    I'm trying to analyze some of the data that have been collected by 2 devices. The data have breaks inside and values aren't monotic. I generated a new timeline and ChnMapLinCalc to map the data monotic more on my new calendar. This has produced three channels, each with NoValues but with data at the right time. When I use ChnAdd to add these channels I have all NoValues like NoValues + data = NoValues. How can I add these together as if there was no NoValues?

    Hello Roger,.

    It seems that "Process NoValues" in the DIAdem ANALYSIS service to help you.

    Set up the ANALYSIS Panel, select 'functions of channel' and the last function it is called "NoValues process".

    The 'Replace' option is the one you want. Just replace the NoValues with '0' and you should be good to go for your calculation.

  • Get a ref to a newly-created channel script

    I'm a noob to scripting tiara and it's been well over a decade since I did any significant vb coding, so please forgive me for what is inept.

    I use the function ChnFiltCalc to operate my data by a low filter pass, and this function automatically creates a new channel containing the signal filtered at the end of the group.  In the data portal that I would move the new channel so that immediately follow the unfilitered channel, it is, however, ChnFiltCalc is not a reference to the new string.  In addition, the new channel may or may not use the name I assigned to it (Tiara will add a number if it's a duplicate name) and based on what I read in the help files, it may be the element with the largest index.

    Is there a standard way of robust way get a reference to the new channels created by the functions?

    Hi Rose Dalban,.

    My personal preference must first obtain a channel object variable when you create the target channel in the Group and the location of the channel (TargetChannelIndex) that you want to be (where the name of the desired channel will be unique), then go this channel object variable to the order of ANALYSIS in his channel of target setting.

    ' Set Group = Data.Root.ActiveChannelGroup
    ' Set Group = Data.Root.ChannelGroups (1)
    Set Group = Data.Root.ChannelGroups ("DesiredGroupName")
    Set RChannel = Group.Channels.Add ("result Channel", DataTypeFloat64, TargetChannelIndex)
    Call ChnFiltCalc (XChannel, YChannel, RChannel,...)
