  I just installed a program call CCCleaning using Download.com. After you install the software to clarify on any virus that I might have, I rebooted my computer. Once started all my icon on my desk right away. When I try to right click on my mouse, nothing appears. So what I did I pres Ctrl + Alt + Delete, the the window Task Manager appears. When I select the new task, I can pick a certain program it will open. BUT when I try to drag an icon on the desktop, it won't let me. Looks like they disable me to run any shortcut on the desktop.
