  There is no difference. GMT disappeared long ago. UTC is exactly the same thing, under a flag different internatinal. UTC is the global standard, also make sure that your computer is configured for your country in the region and language

  The date on your computer needs to be set properly - click on the clock and the advanced options to make sure that
  the time and date are set. It should say UTC, GMT not. Navigate through the options, and make sure you have the correct time zone set.

  My time zone appears to be locked on GMT - 4.  It was my original home region but now I need to reset the time (as moved to Bermuda in London) GMT and every time I have change the time zone, it is GMT - 4.  The only way I can get the correct local time on the laptop is to disable internet time synchronization and manually add 4 hours on the GMT-4.

  I am the only user and I have full administrator privileges.  I searched online and that you can not find a solution.

  I checked what software you have in your phone (it's generic to the Russia) and installed the same version in my phone but I still don't see GMT + 03:00.

  Is it not possible to make a backup of your phone and then do a repair of the software phones using PC Companion and let me know if that helps?

  Click on the gear icon in the lower left corner of the calendar and check if it has been accidentally disabled.

  I am most of the time in Austria, so I need to change the time zone GMT + 1 and it is not possible. When I try to change the time zone settings, the select list will appear and I can choose the time zone I want, but after clicking the time zone in the list, the time zone is not subject.

  Turn off the DST of Windows setting is not an option. The program that I write will be used on many machines around the world and I don't want the software to change the time zone settings are already on these machines.   Honor & is in the zone GMT-4 (4 hours earlier than Greenwich mean time, in England).  It is also called Atlantic (AST) time.  Trinidad & Tobabo does not use DST.

  So for your computer, choose one of the GMT-4 inputs (for example, "Georgetown, LaPaz, Manaus, San Juan") and do NOT check the box for "Automatically adjust clock for daylight to save changes."

  There's no magic here, if I can understand how it may seem so.  Hard drives now use the NTFS file system, which stores all dates and times in universal time coordinated (UTC), formerly GMT.  When you view the file information, Vista applies the time zone selected by the user to correct the UTC value in local time before posting.  Some electronic devices also store files in UTC format, and of course your camera is one of these.
