Tired of the XPS 8700 gel every day

Hi all

I've had my XPS 8700 for about a year now and soon the appointment I got the same problem: the machine hangs just after a couple of days, or sometimes even two or three times in one day and then I have to press the power button to restart. I'm tired of this, why should a machine that I paid a lot of money to continue to do this?

I recently formatted the machine and re-installed everything - and nothing has changed, it just went directly back to gel every day.

I am running Windows 8.1, all solutions you guys would be appreciated.

Micron is usually good enough. I guess you looked at all slots and they are all Micron and schedules etc. are all equivalent.

If all else fails, I can lend you a hammer...

  • How can I change the number (increase) automatically every day at 12:00?

    Hello

    Can someone help me out to sove this problem, please? I have a box of text called Text_mc clip.

    The Text_mc contains the number "1".
    I need this number to be updated daily at 12:00, by adding '1' to the existing number.

    In fact, it's like a counter, but he counts the days since the number assigned to the Text_mc.

    Every day, he adds a number to the existing number to 12:00.

    What is the code for this counter, please.

    Thank you.

    If the file will be opened and closed, then you need other means to determine how many days, which can be easily done as shown below. The alternative would be to store the value in a database, but in no way could you change the value of the SWF at a specific time.

    You can use the class Date to assign a date/departure time specific to mark the kickoff point and then use it again to determine the time and then determine how many days elapsed between these two times.

    day/time of beginning of the value as 1 November 2010, 0 h.
    var startDate:Date = new Date (2010,10,1,0,0,0,0);
    var startTime = startDate.getTime ();

    establish the current date/time
    var today: Date = new Date();
    var todayTime = today.getTime ();

    calculate the time difference and convert them into days (from MS)
    var fullDaysElapsed = Math.floor ((todayTime-startTime) / (1000 * 60 * 60 * 24));

    trace (fullDaysElapsed);

  • Stop Firefox from the stop pop-up ads on the Web site used every day

    When I select a link to a website used by day, Firefox said it blocks a popup window. I want to stop Firefox to do what I'm going on these sites every day and am tired of this irritating.

    Hello

    Firefox pop-up blocking settings are in the preferences - have a look in the Edit menu, and the tab content contains your popup blocking options. You should be able to solve the problem by adding the site that you are interested in the list of exceptions. Take a look on the article about it here.

  • Satellite A215-S7422: free space on the HARD disk decreases every day

    Hello everyone,

    Hi I'm alex.

    I've owned a computer laptop "SATELLITE A215-S7422.
    I got 147 GB of my hard disk drive memory, I got 119 free space but as I noticed it is constantly down even if I do not download anything.

    When I saw this first I try to get it back to the factory setting and I had 128 GB of free space, and every day it is significantly down.

    Everything I do is look at you tube.

    Can someone explain to me what is happening and what I can do about it...

    It would be much appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hello

    There is a simple explanation why HARD disk space decreases each time while watching Youtube videos
    The video stream is always stored on the HARD drive in the internet files folder and in time.

    So from time to time, it would be desirable to remove these files and to clean the folder of files over time.
    I use the CCLeaner. It is free software and can be downloaded from different pages. Google simply
    This program is very useful. It cleans the HARD drive and removes the garbage all registry.

    You should test.

  • Comparison of the time stamp for every day. confusion

    Hi, I am trying to compare two stamps then will create a case structure, as far as simple comparison goes it seems good and easy, but actually I want to compare every day or in other words, I need the lance VI the particular task each day while running at the point which means time will remain fix but the timestamp contstant/control value should change automatically the next day.

    For example if I put on 04/07/2011 13:00... He compares not for April 7, but I need to compare everyday as 8,9, 10... April as vi is running and daily task must run at 13:00 I hope the issue is clear and I'll have some useful suggestions.

    Hi Kuhn,

    your type of comparison fails on computers and other locale...

    Better to try something like this:

  • Cannot update the drivers on the XPS 8700

    I just bought a Dell XPS 8700 from Best Buy last Wednesday, and now I have implemented and I tried to update the drivers from the product running. After the execution of system analysis it says that I need two drivers updated so I accepted and installed but when I restarted my computer and rerun the analysis system he says that the same two drivers are still needed. I installed these two drivers, four times and they are not yet installed.

    Can someone tell me what is happening and how to fix this. These are the two drivers.

  • 46TL963 loses the programming of channels every day

    My mother got a TL963. I searched for channels and all programmed to it. But it keeps losing its programming saying "no channel" or similar after a few days. Repeat searching for strings every time which is really tedious and boring help would be really appreciated... I did everything according to "Settings DTV - channels (antenna/cable)" and it works, it doesn't last. :(

    Hello

    It seems that the TV supports DVB - C, DVB-T/T2, DVB-S/S2 tuner.
    So which tuner and which channels cannot be saved properly?

    Would it be possible that you are using DVB - T and DVB - T signal isn't strong enough in your area?

    I ask this because it happened to me also.
    DVB - T is not good in my area and I do not use it

  • Automatic Update keeps wanting to install the same 5 updates every day even after what they are already installed.

    The automatic update keeps eager to download and install the same 5 updates daily. These 5 updates are KB979909, KB982168 KB982524, KB983583, KB2418241. I looked at the log of update and it showes them already installed. This has happened since November. What can I do?

  • In view of the XPS 8700 with GTX 970 upgrade, what would be the necessary power supply / & will fit in the case?

    To anyone who has successfully upgraded their diet to accommodate a more power hungry GPUS, what EXACT PSU did you purchase and how much was easy to install? Links to sites of sale would be great.

    Thank you.

    Personally, I bought a power supply Corsair CX600M it was 150mm, so it should fit in your case.

  • a web site that I use every day tells me that I must now download flash and enable the java script, how can I do this?

    I use the American family site every day, and today when I went to play the games that I play every day instead of the game coming to the top, a notice that says I have to install flash and activate java script in order to see these games.

    You do not have the Shockwave Flash 11.0 r1 plugin so Flash should work.
