"TMS" unable to connect to the user repository.

We migrated TMS inherited to EP when I supply > users I get "" Failed to connect to the repository of user"and when I go to PE diagnostics lights are showing red, and when I opened the TMS tickets it gives me an error indicating that the services are not running, but when I check the services I see them running. I have attached a few photos that shows the error, please notify

of course the vcs communication seems not promising, but I would say that the problem lies deeper

in the TMSPE itself.

Typical questions:

* wrong version of java, please try the one that is mentioned in the version deployment guide that you install

* Please make sure that you have run the installer as administrator

* Check that the used users and groups have appropriate access

* Make sure the db connections are ok

In addition, check the deployment guides is always recommended ;-)

    If I bought a used computer, no matter who previously owned the
    first thing I could do with it would be to reinstall the operating
    system itself. You don't know how the computer has been maintained,
    which has been improperly installed, what's missing, what virus and

    Access the console or the kvm to each controller APIC MMIC.

    Please try to connect to all the APICs 3 using the 'rescue-user' user name.  There should be no password because you have disabled the configuration...

    After scoring in each APIC, run and screen captures the output of the command 'acidiag avread'.

    Please reach the exits in your answer or check and verify the name of "tissue" on each APIC. They must match.  If not, you will need to "configuration eraseconfig" each APIC again and configure the APICs via the initial configuration script.

    I am trying to use the VMware workstation 12, connect to the server feature but I get this error message.

    My desktop pc (host) is running windows 7 and running VMware workstation 12. I shared one of my virtual machines. I have activate port, 443, 902 and 903 on my router. I temporarily disabled my firewall.

    When I try to connect to my laptop running Kubuntu and Vmware workstation 12 host, I am able to connect to the host, I am able to see my shared VM and I am able to turn on and off but that's about all. I can not actually use the virtual machine, because I get the message in the title.

    Newer versions of oracle have implemented a great new technology to help solve problems, called "error messages."  Unfortunately, I can't find any reference to an error message named 'is no longer able to connect.

    And why you are moving your site from inventory?  When you have installed oracle, he put the inventory where he wanted.  There is no reason to try to change or replace.

    This issue because of the number of port DAC. For the first deposit you gave port no.: 3141 with that number already server started. When you create the new repository, you must change the server DAC number more than port 1024. Then stop and start the server. It may solve your problem.

    There was problem RPD username/password so I downloaded the RPD with correct password again. Now it works like a charm

  • Cloud new control panel - unable to connect to the agent

    I'm done just to install the last control of cloud 12.1.0.3 by following oracle document e22624.

    Everything installed fine and I am able to connect to the cloud control. I manually added a target (our test server). The installation was successful without error.

    However the cloud control shows: error of assessment metrics start - unable to connect to the agent to https://server:3872/emd/main / [Connection timed out: connect]


    I ran the following on the test server to make sure that the management agent runs:

    According to state that something is wrong. The test server is currently installed OEM Database Control. The directions said nothing about not being able to install Cloud control and have control OEM database.


    My question is this: can I have the OEM Database Control and control of Cloud? If this is not the case, what should I do to get the Cloud control to work?

    I opened a support ticket with Oracle. It was that the firewall is blocking communication from the SGD server to the agent. Everything works now as expected.

  • Unable to connect to the database when installing BI EE 11 g

    I want to install Oracle BI Enterprise Edition 11g Windows XP service pack 3.
    I used successfully of the repository creation tool to create the schema DEV_BIPLATFORM.

    What we did was drop the user through the official way to the rcu, re-create the user but this time with a different password (in our case, so DEV_BIPLATFORM/oracle)
    and then we continued without problem :)
