to connect to the management server port is bad, always. Why?

I do not understand why it is still wrong, I reinstalled everything, the VC also, SSO fixed.

always the same question.

Serengeti > Connect - host BigDataMGMT.lab.ts.com:8080

The port is incorrect.

Serengeti >

Why?

In earlier versions of Serengeti and data Extensions silly the correct port is 8080.  With BDE 1.0 and later versions, the correct port is 8443

  • Unable to connect to the DAC server by new repository DAC

    Hello

I created the new repository of CAD on the same machine to perform analysis on the customization of CAD objects. I could connect the former repository with DAC server but with opening new repository DAC, when I click on tools-> DAC Server Management-> server DAC log, I get the error message: unable to connect to the DAC server.

I can see the red icon on client CAD, which suggests that the DAC server connection has not been implemented.

    Please help solve the problem.

    Hello

This issue because of the number of port DAC. For the first deposit you gave port no.: 3141 with that number already server started. When you create the new repository, you must change the server DAC number more than port 1024. Then stop and start the server. It may solve your problem.

Im trying to get my outlook express to receive and send messages from my live.com account but it comes back with: the server responded with an error. Someone knows how to fix this? I tried to remove and add the account again using IMAP instead of POP3, but still get an error message, the e-mail address and the password are all correct and I think that ive got the right to Server (live.com?) Im not exactly computer so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will find the right settings for an account on this page live.com: send and receive Hotmail from an e-mail application. To change your settings, select Tools > accounts > {account} > properties and make right onto the tabs of servers and Advanced entries.

[I moved your question on the forum just for Outlook Express issues.] You should not notice a difference].

  • vCenter could not connect to the VSM Server

I have SanHQ and HIT running well on vSphere 4.1. After upgrading vSphere 5.5 and HIT to 4 VSM, my new vCenter could not connect to the VSM server at all.

1 VSM ip address must be configured on the management or iSCSI network?

    2. I have 2 vCenters to AC and DC, respectively. In this case, I have to install 2 VSM, each to each site? Note that although my VM networks on both sites and management are all connected via VPN, iSCSI networks are isolated.

    3. is it possible to deploy the VSM 3.5 and 4 so that the two vmware VI Client and Web Client have access to VSM features?

VSM does not work with Linked vCenters mode so that a VSM would be able to access the two vCenters.

You will need to deploy both VSMs.

You cannot run two MSM 3.5.x and 4.0.x at the same time.

The problem is that you allow your antivirus to mess with your email. Which is not recommended for the reasons explained here:
    http://thundercloud.NET/infoave/tutorials/email-scanning/index.htm

Chances are, AVG antivirus was installed with the default installation option. If so, uninstall, then reinstall, but select 'custom' install, which then allows you to deselect install his embarrassing module scan to email.

While AVG is uninstalled, then try Windows Mail, just to check that the culprit has been found.

    Hello

Welcome to Microsoft Windows 7 answers Forum!

You can try the steps below and check if the problem is resolved.

Note: DDE is dynamic data exchange and Explorer uses DDE to open Office documents (to assume that you open the document in the browser).

DDE share is a tool for managing how the programs to communicate and share data over a network.

If you want to disable this prompt, then you can follow the steps below.

Here, this problem may occur if you have installed a safety program on your computer, you can get this error message.

Try disabling the analysis of access for application control strategy in your safety program and control for the issue.

For this you will need to communicate with your security program support team.

For more information on this you can visit the links below.

    http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/392875?TSTART=0

    http://forums.Adobe.com/message/1877300#1877300

If you still experience the problem so that you can perform a cleanboot on your computer to identify the conflicting program.

    Clean clean boot.

    1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    The user account control permission.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type

    password, or click on continue.

    2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.

    3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load starting points.

    4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.

    5. click on OK.

    6. When you are prompted, click on restart.

    7. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

If the problem is resolved, make sure what third-party program is at the origin of the problem, referring to the link given below:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Reset the computer to start as usual.

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue. On the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

When you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

  • Using Reporting SERVICES report server cannot open a connection to the report server database in SQL server 2008 R2 sp1

    Hello

I'm running Reporting SERVICES Version 2007.0100.1600.022 ((SQL_PreRelease). 080709-1414 in Visual Studio 2008 with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express Edition with Advanced Services (64-bit) on Windows NT 6.1 SP1.)

Just, I solved the problem I had.

It turns out, there, there were two questions... first concealing the second.

SQL Web browser has not been activated.  solution: in properties SQL server configuration manager, transformed the startup to automatic mode and activated the service.

Microsoft Visual Studio project property targetdatasourcefolder had a server name that precedes the name of the folder. Removed the name of the server.  This works.

    Everything unfolds right now.

The error that says: "this error is caused by the settings of firewall and router, security applications.."

I tried to disable my Antivirus and firewall, but that did not work.

    Thanks for the help!

The problem appears to be on servers, not on my computer.

Can someone tell me why I get this error.

    Thank you

    Shakeel

    Hello

Please add - Dweblogic.security.SSL.nojce = true in your startWeblogic.sh script in the section "JAVA_OPTIONS.

    Example: JAVA_OPTIONS = "${JAVA_OPTIONS}-Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=/u07/oracle/certstore/test_keystore.jks-Dweblogic.security.SSL.nojce=true."

    Please try this.

    Thank you

  • WLST script to stop the managed server takes 30 mins

    Hello

I have a setup where I use Node Manager and WLST to stop a managed server. The script is simply:

    nmConnect('weblogic;,'password','123.456.78.9','5556','soa_domain','/u01/soa_domain','plain')

    Connect('weblogic','password','t3://123.2456.78.9:8001')

    Shutdown ('soa_ms1', 'Server', 'true ', 3000,' force = true')

    Exit()

It takes usually more than 30 minutes for the server managed to stop using this method. However, if I use the console and select the managed server and select to FORCE SHUTDOWN NOW, the action is completed in less than 2 minutes.

Why is there such a difference in time?

    Thank you very much

    Andy

    Hello

Have you tried running the command shutdown() WLST directly and not the script created... ? If so the results were the same... ?

In addition, in your script, I think it would be advisable to print the output for each line text using the command 'Print', just to see where exactly it takes all this time...

[EDIT: now I noticed in the shutdown command, you use a timeout of 3000 seconds value, which, according to the wlst command Manual is "Duration (in seconds) during which WLST waiting for subsystems to complete ongoing work and to hang before you stop the server".] Try to reduce this value to, say, 30. If the shutdown command would look like this:

    Shutdown ('soa_ms1', 'Server', 'true ', 30,' force = true')

Or, you can completely remove > shutdown('soa_ms1','Server','true','force=true')

    [/ END EDIT]

    Kind regards

  • HP 8500 printer and connection to the eprint Server

Given to nine printer: HP Officejet Pro 8500 A910 n Premium (changes the status back to renovated 17/02/2011)

    ISP: ATT DSL

Modem/router: 2wire new from Best Buy. It is white with ATT logo on it. Using the latest firmware.

    Network: ethernet

The printer downloaded and installed an updated after initialization. If it is connected to the internet.

Then tried to register the server says that it cannot connect to the server of the eprint and eprint.

The functions of the printer normally in all directions except that it will not fit on eprint server.

Many calls and hours with the reboot, reset HP support and everything else under the Sun did nothing.

I tried to place the IP addresses and DSN by any suggestions on these forums and nothing works.

Could there be a problem with the HP Sever? Does it really exist? Are there problems of compatibility with 2wire router.

ATT session remotely on my computer and could find nothing they could do. They were able to draw a page of remote test.

Any suggestion or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    NEW INFORMATION (11/02/2011):

I noticed today just by looking at the integrated Web server, printer SSID is not the same as the router, but it is grayed out. Is it important for ethernet? If so how can I change? I don't think it's important for the ethernet.

    NEW INFORMATION (12/02/2011):

The 2wire support team gave me the procedure to open completely all the in and out traffice to the printer. They said that if it does not, then the problem is with the eprint server. I'll try this Monday, but I expect a communication problem between the printer and the eprint server that does anything at my place or my ISP. Is it possible to check this printer is trying to connect to the server? Where is he? Is it operational? If this is not the case, is it rerouted properly to a working server? The printer must attempt to access an IP or DNS address to establish communication magnified.

    NEW INFORMATION (14/02/2011):

According to the 2wire support team I opened all the ports and enabled all services then turned the printer market. It did not work. The printer does not connect to the HP eprint server. So the problem is with the HP eprint server. This printer is programmed to search for a server to connect to somewhere. Where is he? Is it operational? Why will not allow a connection? HP, the ball is in your court. What can we do?

I have ATT DSL at work and at home Charter cable service. The problem is the same for the locations and ISPS. Y does it have that someone out there has connected to ATT DSL or cable of the Charter? If so, what are your settings?

    NEW COMMENT (15/02/2011)

Can someone at HP tell me why the printer connects to the server HP and download the firmware update, but does not connect to the HP Server to register for eprint? All this seems to be on the side of HP. When do we get a fix?

    NEW COMMENT (16/02/2011)

The model number is empty in the Engineering menu and page printer card. If there is a problem can be added with an update of the firmware? What I need to get money for it and buy one set entirely in a local store? Virgin model number is maybe to throw all other incongruous information that is sent to the server. The server can be updated to accept Virgin model numbers?

THE PROBLEM - SOLUTION PENDING POSSIBLE SOURCES (16/02/2011)

I JUST LOOKED AT THE BACK OF MY PRINTER. IT HAS A STICKER ON IT RECONDITIONED.

It seems that the number of missing on the remanufacturered units model is the reason why it does not connect to the eprint server. Print the diagnostic printer page and see if the model number is empty.

HP is working on a fix.

    SOLUTION-(22/02/2011)

I UPGRADED MY ORDER WITH RENOVATED WITH NEW REPLACEMENT. THE REPLACEMENT AGAIN CONNECTED THE FIRST TIME TO THE SERVER EMPRINT - NO PROBLEM. I HAD TO PAY FOR A NEW AND THEY WILL CREDIT MY CARD WHEN THEY REACH THE RENOVATED A RETURN.

LESSON LEARNED - IF YOU HAVE THE PRINTER WITH THE VIRGIN MODEL NUMBER YOU CAN NOT CONNECT TO EPRINT, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO!

    Thanks if anyone can help.
