After getting the error message I can manually correct the user name in the normal windows login screen on the client and open a session.   In my view, there is no option of profile to hide the "Historical Record". This can be achieved through CUSTOM.pll (using "SET_MENU_ITEM_PROPERTY").

I imported Application instance and resource object, recreate a process in the user interface form and assign it to the Instance of the Application. Everything was fine when I checked a form in the user interface before you create it.

  I found a problem. I forgot to custom_resources/properties to export. After I did it and recreated the form in sysadmin console, the problem disappeared.
