  If you are able to boot mode safe mode with command prompt, then you can use the Manager of Package to remove the updates. Then you can see if you are able to connect.  If this doesn't help you need to see what options of recovery you would have the recovery on your system partition.   If you are able to do an inplace upgrade reload Windows and let your data in tact.   I try to update my Windows 7 Pro - 64 bit for Windows 10.  I did it on 2 of my computers without a problem.  But my laptop is 99% and crashes.  I rebooted and rebooted several times.  Windows update to W7 now fails on this computer and running a CPU at 100% all the time.  My last attempt I let it run for more than 30 hours now, no luck.  I ran fixit tool from Windows update, which reports that it has fixed the update delivers but on restarts Windows Update runs a CPU at 100%.  Why is it so difficult?

  -ISO installation finally worked, multiple reboots appear to be necessary to ensure that everything works correctly (why?).  One program seemed to be preventing the installation of Windows 10 (Daemon Tools), but previous attempts have not informed me this.  We'll see what happens here...

  After I stopped my PC and when I start it the PC has 30 + implemented to date and starts to download, once they have downloaded and the installation begins it happens about 30% comes up with errors with impossible to install and cancel downloads and try to restart the PC, this process can take some time! I left this for the past few weeks mainly because of the busy as I work from home as well, recently, I left my PC on permanent to save the hassle of paralyze.

  Open Safari while holding the SHIFT key

  Try to reset the settings of Safari:

  2. click on the Safari menu at the top (to the right of the Apple logo)

  3. Select the Preferences/Privacy tab

  4. click on remove all data from the Web site

  5. close Safari.

  Remove cache Safari files:

  1. click on finder

  2. look for the menu GO to top

  The fact is that a BSOD can be caused by hardware error, but also a serious software problem
  In my opinion, something went wrong during the update

  If you are not able to boot the operating system even by using a safe mode then a new install of the OS would be the last chance to get this sort problem

  I think you should try a new installation to see if this could be a hardware problem because there is a small remnant of risk that this could be a hardware problem
