  I had Photoshop and Premiere Elements v13 installed on 2 computers.  1 broken computer and I wasn't able to disable products on this computer.  I also v12 of the two products that are in the same situation.  Can someone from Adobe just erase all activations of my product so I can reactivate just on my computers?

  • : Last night, I installed 2 latest updates of my system (one of them could be KB971644, not too sure though) and after installation, I was prompted to restart.   Turn on your computer and press F8 on the keyboard when your computer starts up and displays the brand of computer, then scroll using keyboard keys to the last known good configuration, and then click on enter if this does not work and it is not back to try again and instead of select last known good configuration click on repair computer at the top and press on enter.

  Roxio CD and DVD is NOT a part of Vista, but it may have come with other software on your PC from the manufacturer.  When you crashed, how are you on the recovery?  Did you do a clean reinstall?  Did you use a recovery disk provided by the manufacturer or a recovery Partition created by the manufacturer, or have you used a Vista disk?

  If you used disks of recovery or a recovery of the manufacturer Partition, then you need to discuss with them because they produce these discs - not Microsoft (and they may be able to solve the problem or refer you to a site where you can download the program or email the file to you or something - or send you the replacement of the recovery with the software on this disc so always available - possibly for one) small fee).  If you used a Microsoft disc, then this program is not on the disc and why he is not installed more.

  If you do not find places.sqlite you may not have access to your old profile folder.
