too many connections

I created a dynamic site with dreamweaver but I did about 10 users connected at any time, however, they receive the error too many connections in the connection thrown upward file.

I checked with the host who said he has a maximum of 25 connections and that's more than enough.

I read a little on the net and say that you can simply remove the pconnect of the connection file.

Why dreamweaver does not create the connection as this file and what are the advantages/disadvantages of having deleted pconnect?

I currently have this line in my connection file:

$conn = mysql_pconnect ($hostname_conn, $username_conn, $password_conn) or trigger_error (mysql_error (), E_USER_ERROR);

can I just change it to this:

mysql_pconnect() leaves the connection open for future use by the same user. It is more effective in some cases. In other cases, obviously not the case. It seems that Adobe has formulated a hypothesis.

I configured a foreign server with destinations and connection factories to integrate with AQ JMS WebLogic. I have also 16 multilateral development banks, one for each destination, configured with max-beans-in free-pool value 1. Everything works fine. When using OC4J we had max-connections set to 30 and it was working fine. Why are so many open connections?

I googled and it seems like an old problem and I tried all the recommended solutions, but none worked. I have two gmail accounts and the other continues to function properly. Suggestions!

    Reduce the number of labels has solved this problem. Seems specific to TB and GMail (google says you can have hundreds of emails - I have about 60). There are mentions of which can be found via google - but no definitive statement on the problem, with workarounds, etc..     Wait for the module developers would take forever and a day. The worst culprits are the toolbars of the large commercial operations which have several months announcing changes of the version. And often the required changes are really minor. I manage very well with no third-party toolbars.

    My extensions do not have necessary update for weeks. If you have an extension that is trolling there is often the best alternative, certainly better maintained. Too many toolbars seems not to be a culprit.
