  Our Mac to Headquarters only fails to boot into OSx, I took it to the Genius bar to solve problems and they said to wipe the hard drive and re install OSx which is fine except that I need the product key InDesign CS5 out of it. We have not written anywhere product key or the original software/box with the fact that he came and also, I don't know what InDesign email address is logged because it has installed many years before I was hired. But I am able to access the hard drive on a Mac and see all the files to boot from an OSx on my USB key. So my question is: does anyone know the file or where I can find the product key on the hard disk?

  You can not find. The key is used when applications are installed. Activation will write a code nvisible. If you want to use any Adobe software on another computer, you must install it from the original installer (download or installer).

  But you should be able to see the Adobe ID that was used during execution of the program.

  If you have saved this important information and if you are not able to rebuild it, you're out of luck, you will have to buy it again.

  I just meet failure on opeing 5.5 indesign indd file. As I bought a new mac and restore the Adobe CS5 design preiume. But I can't open the indesign file even I have the update to version 5.7. A pop up says there is a missing plugin, sharedcontent.indesignplugin. And a few more missing plugins reported subsequently. I have been using koaren version before because I need Chinese typography grid system. Is she related to the problem recently I else to download version koearn back.   ID files are not backward compatible. ID5.5 can only open a 5.5. CS5 cannot.

  When you receive a message that you need to update the plugins when opening a file, this means that the file was saved in a newer version of InDesign that you use. It's a terrible message there are no updates to plugin update for this problem. Ask the person who provided the file to provide a file .idml instead (and expect losses of conversion), or upgrade to the correct version of the code.

  If you have a valid serial number for InDesign CS5.5, you can install it, please make sure that you check the minimum system requirements for CS5.5: system requirements for Adobe InDesign for Mac OS and Windows, as it is an earlier application and has not been tested on the latest hardware.

  At a glance of your first bid looked like you have three specific objects (image, text, otherObjects) and you want to move all the images a specific layer images and text on another layer objects and rest to another specific layer. If what you wanted then my first code complete final will fill it but in your subsequent post it sounds like you want to move all the objects in your choice on different layers, if that's what you want then try my code below:

  You will have to re-design of the Web site and make it interactive and adapted to the screen of the tablet. Use the HTML format to import it into the Workflow of DPS. Don't forget Apple has strict approval policies so it can reject the app is implement you this as a simple website without using interactive components.
