  I started taking screenshots of the process tonight and of course the DCA installed successfully and actually worked!  My system has passed the test.  I tried installing in DCA 100 times before and never had that day!

  I suspect that the root cause was due to a problem with the motherboard that was recently repaired.  At least that's my story and I stick to it!

Codec settings window is partially cut and the alpha setting buttons do not work. Same problem happening on three identical systems. Intel 2 x 3 ghz 16 gig ram Nvidia Geforce 7300gt Mac pro OS x 10.6.8. Anyone have this problem or a solution, thank you.

  If you have already tried downloaded the application on several Wi - Fi networks and signing out and back with your Apple ID, then the next thing that I recommend you to check is that your device isn't trying to perform an iCloud backup or restore from a backup to iCloud.  This can sometimes prevent apps to download or update. You can check by going to settings > general > iCloud > Backup. If a backup is in progress or that she's trying to restore a backup it will let you know on this page.
