I have a problem of speed limit on my Toshiba LX830-107 all-in-one with Win7 Pro 32-bit. Web from Toshiba support site, I can't find a driver for Win7 Pro 32 bit lan. I installed the driver lan for 32-bit Win8 without error, but with this speed to 9 mb instead of 94 MB limit as it is on other computers on the network. Also, I noticed that my network card does not work as a gigabit card as it is. How can I solve this problem? because I need to use Win7 32-bit due to a compatibility problem with some applications installed on my device.

    Kind regards

According to the specifications of computer map, the device supports the Atheros (Atheros AR8161/8162) LAN card 1000BASE-T/100Base-TX/10Base-T

As far as I know, you can change some options LAN in the BIOS.
Check if you can switch between 1000/100/10

You can also check the properties of the LAN (the - LAN card - Manager device properties) card
Here you will find further options in the "Advanced" tab

  • Need remote control for Toshiba all-in-One LX830

    Hello

    I recently bought a LX830 11 d for my mother.
The unit is ex-reparation but don't know if that actually meant to have a remote for the TV feature support.

If she was supposed to have one then it is absent and dealer is not sure that they are not.
Is it possible to buy a new remote or if there are compatible options available.

    According to the Toshiba LX830 - 11 d
Page of the specifications, the remote control Windows Media Center was part of the delivered equipment.
    http://www.Toshiba.EU/discontinued-products/Toshiba-lx830-11d/

I think that this remote control could be ordered in the Toshiba authorised service provider available in your country.
Give them a call and ask for this part.

  • Toshiba LX830 - problems connecting to TV

    Hello

    I have a TOSHIBA LX830 PQQ19A-01800R with serial number: XC395277Q

I have the PC itself connected to y LG 3d Smart TV via a HDMI cable, I checked the security settings and sharing files etc and for some reason any TV is not picking up the PC for screen sharing.

Whenever I clicked to put on the "second screen" or "mirror image" etc., it snaps without problem no warning message appears and still no picture on TV.

"Change of the appearance of your display" is not picking up television is in the first drop-down menu "display".

I don't know what else to do, or if, this computer connects to a TV, I sincerely hope it does in the case otherwise I would consider this is a major flaw with this product.

    Thank you for your time.

The specifications of the Toshiba LX830 says that this computer of Toshiba all-in supports the * HDMI IN port *, but it doesn't support HDMI OUT port

    The signal HDMI IN ports.
This means that you can connect an external device, such as play station or an Xbox to this one All in display.

To connect to an external TV to the computer/laptop, you need a HDMI OUT port that does not seem to be available!

Have you contacted again local computer store? I mean that if you have paid for repair, it should be OK.

You have the installation disc? I think that the new installation of the operating system is the best option for you. I had the problem similar in system restore and passed to an earlier time has helped.
    > I tried to do a system restore, but it does not work
This means you cannot start the system restore or persists even after system restore problem?
I started the OS in safe mode, and then began the restoration of the system without any problems. You can try this please?

  • Toshiba LX830 - no cursor on startup

I'm really sorry, that this is the first time I used this site so I don't know what thread for my question?

    I have a Toshiba LX830 and 1 pc with windows 8.1

Today when I turned on my pc, the screen saver came as usual. Usually, I press the left button on my mouse and a window pops up to ask me my password to connect to windows, but there is no cursor on the screen? No matter how many times I press down on my mouse, nothing happens. I changed the batteries in the mouse and keyboard and nothing.

I am very confused? PC is around the age of 9 months.

Any help would be welcome, thank you.

    Sammie.

Can you completely turn off your computer, restart and check once more?
Please do so and send feedback. It will be interesting to know if the same thing happens again.

  • How to disable the touch screen of the Toshiba LX830 - 11 d

    Hello

    I managed to break the touch screen on a Toshiba LX830 - 11 d.

The machine runs Win8 and always works with a USB keyboard and a mouse, although he thinks there are plenty of touch of the finger around the damaged area.

Is it possible to disable the touch screen feature so that I can use it as a 'normal' PC or remove the screen touch himself leaving a simple LCD screen?

    Thanks for any advice.
    Dennis

You see the touch screen in Device Manager? Maybe you can turn it off in there.

  • What external DVD burner would work with Toshiba LX830?

Try connecting an external DVD burner for Toshiba LX830 via USB.
Nothing won't work - I've tried 3 writers and different software.

Is it important that all writers are USB 2.0 and the 830 is USB 3.0?
The best I have is 3%, then it's just sitting there.

Can anyone recommend an external recorder that will work with the 830?

    Hello

Have you tried to connect this external hard drive to CD/DVD to all available USB ports?

As far as I know the Toshiba LX830 all in a computer supports 6 USB ports and two USB ports support high-speed USB 3.0 standard.

So, even if the external USB ODD (optical disc) would not support USB 3.0, it should work in 4 other ports USB 2.0

    Hi athe43,

Below I've listed the details of error Code 12 and the article with additional information:

    Code 12

This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. (Code 12)

    Cause

This error can occur if two devices that are installed on your computer received the same i/o ports, the same interrupt, or the same Direct memory access channel (whether through BIOS, the operating system, or both). This error message can also appear if the BIOS did not allocate enough resources for the device.

    Recommended resolution

You can use the Troubleshooting Wizard in Device Manager to determine where the conflict is, and then disable the device in conflict.

Turn off the device in conflict

    1. In the device properties dialog box, click the general tab.
    2. Click troubleshoot to start the Troubleshooting Wizard. The wizard will ask a few simple questions and provides a solution to your problem, based on the answers you provide.
    3. Follow the resolution steps provided by the wizard to resolve the problem.

  • Help diagnosing problem of color management - windows 7, CS3, Eye - one display 2

    Hello

I had my color management, all set up and working on my old laptop and then stupidly, I got a new laptop and am completely default get things straight.

The new laptop (Asus N56VM with Nvidia GT 630 M) is running Windows 7... I calibrated the screen using my Pantone eye - one display-two (X-Rite) and right now, it's much better to the eye. I calibrate native white point which I always do with laptops.

I used the following procedure to load the profile at the start of Windows 7 and removed the GretagMacbeth tool that tries to do the same thing:

    http://www.laszlopusztai.NET/2009/08/23/stop-losing-display-calibration-with-Windows-7/

Everything looks great except when I try to use anything with color management.

For example. Pictures of my old was gorgeous in Adobe Bridge, until I enabled through its settings color management and all of a sudden they have terrible air - sky blues turn turquoise.

If I open a file labeled sRGB in photoshop it looks the same - terrible (to help keep an embedded profile and with a workspace Adobe 1998 color settings)

Only way I can get images of normal appearance in Photoshop is open then ASSIGN the monitor profile to the image (I know that it is meaningless to do so and is in no way a work around)... and it looks great.

Something isn't right somewhere, but don't know where to start looking because there are so many variables. Can anyone suggest a route to investigate based on what I have said so far?  It's driving me crazy!

I took a quick glance to your profile...  I don't have that much experience analyzing devices of the user profiles, but it seems a little odd for me, compared to others that I watched.  Maybe Chris Cox can comment as I know he has a few more sophisticated profile analysis tools.

Examples: Look where the dye red, green and blue tags fall:

I think that this profile, for some reason, was created correctly or with essentially false information.  I don't know why that would be.

  • Toshiba All In One LX830 - function keys lost after installing Win 7

With the help and patience, I got 8 Win replaced with Win 7.

But I lost some of the control functions of the keyboard, specifically the screen brightness control.

Does anyone know what steps should I take?

I ran a proprietary driver program update that did not find a problem.

    Dave B

I think that you have not installed the TOSHIBA value added Package for Win 7 64 bit

    Here you can download the
    [Toshiba VAP for Win 7 64 bit v1.6.0027.640202 | http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/file/download/resource/file/24876/tc30458800b.exe]

Install the package and check if the FN keys would be activated.

  • Toshiba M30-107 mast * one drive UJ-820 s with burning problems

When I bought the laptop everything was ok, I could burn CD music, cd of data from any application. Now I can only burn CD from iTunes. When you use ITunes, I can use any kind of disc and it works fine. However, when I try to use explore to burn pictures on a disc or video with Windows media player 10, it is said, it does not recognize the drive or he manages not said there is no disk in the drive (when it obviously). Seems odd. I tried just about everything, but it's still only Itunes that works. Someone else has similar problems and how did you get around them?

    Hi André,.

Have you checked that your optical drive is enabled windows before burning. If you right click on the drive in Explorer, there should be a 'Recording' tab click on it and check that the indicated settings are compatible with the set up you.

It is also useful to check for virtual CD drives in Solution Explorer. If you find (other than the real drive) it will be necessary to disable them (right click) because Windows XP supports an optical drive.

  • Toshiba Satellite A100-683 - display resolution of 1280 x 800

    Hallo,

I just had an upgrade from Windows Xp to Windows 7.

I downloaded and installed all the drivers for this model of Toshiba web site, including the ATI mobility radeon X 1600 driver and the Mobile Intel (r) 945 GM Express Chipset controller 0.

Later, while trying to set the resolution of the screen, I realized that I could only choose between 1024 x 768 or 800 x 600, but I don't know that before the operation I could put also the resolution of 1280 x 800 (maximum display resolution). In fact, the display resolution was much better than now.

Can you help me please? How can I return to the maximum display resolution?

Thank you very much in advance and greetings.

    Antonio

Once more here to add some details: I tried to install the ATI mob. rad + Nvidia drivers, which can be downloaded from this site for Satellite A100-683 + windows 7 display.
The second (Nvidia) seems to be the right one, as stated in the description (improves the features of the screen and allows different settings, etc.), but it doesn't seem to work.

    Any help? Thanx
