• Inaccurate touch screen / scrolling problem

  I hope some of you can help me with the following problem:

  I have the Z3 Compact for about 2 months now. Everything is ok, except for the fact that my screen is very imprecise at random moments.   If you use chrome, it's a known problem, erase the data from the app or uninstall the last update

I recommend that you give lenovo support a call for more information on the warranty repair process.

  If you have applied the hotfix "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power", try to use the machine with and without the Microsoft mouse and observe. If the problem remains the same, it is probably not one that is at the origin of the problem.

  I recommend you to uninstall some applications and malicious programs (if you have installed some)

  im not an avid touch screen user... I rarely use when necessary or when the batteries in the mouse dies in the middle of my work and I have to continue with the screen.

  When I bought my PC it was win8 and everything worked fine... until yesterday and after about 2-3 months because I upgraded to win10, I realized that the touchscreen does not work!

  I looked at the forum for all tracks on this issues and I have seen that many complain of being unusable after upgrade win10 function keys. However I don't have this problem. that the screen has got the contact rendered useless item.
  probably, during the win10 update the system decided to disable this feature, so no accidental contact on the screen could interrupt the upgrade process...

  If anyone is aware of this problem and how to fix it... I would be really grateful.

• PRS - T1 crashing, freezing and touch screen problems

  I get a LOT of crashes and freezes using the PRS - T1. Sometimes the embedded player software wants to close, at other times, the touch screen is going to die, and I then have to do a reset.   Without adequate testing, it is almost impossible to know whether or not the issue is related to hardware or software. There is a very simple test to say: reinstall the operating system.   But suddenly today, when I tried to use touch screen, it does not work. I don't know since when he stopped. In system properties, it says: "no pen or touch input is available for this view.   You know what, it would not be a bad idea to get a game of payback for wipe and reload the system with a new start so that all pilots are fresh, new and discs for your specific product.

• Major problem with the touch screen after upgrade Windows 10

  I bought a Lenovo Yoga 3 14 "a few weeks ago and upgraded to Windows 10 as soon as I got it.

  Since I started using it, the touchscreen will be occaisionally go "crazy". Crazy is the best way I can describe it because it will start input touch by ignoring or doing his own random touch input on the screen. Nothing the laptop will start to switch between windows and opening and closing of the things.

  This laptop is not running Windows 8.1 long enough for me to know if she has had this problem before the upgrade.

  Hi, I noticed recently that my touch screen of my T450 does not work.

  Also on my computer properties it says that there is no available Pen/Touch input.

  Sometimes it appears and still does not work and most of the time does not appear.

• TouchSmart IQ506 touch screen problem

  Our company has recently obtained a TouchSmart IQ506 with Windows Vista 64 bit and everything works fine. We did a cool, been reformatting in the network and ran all the updates and others. As you may, or may not, know, the IQ506 isn't a VGA port to install a second monitor or to connect to a projector, so that to use the TouchSmart mirroring an image to the projector, we bought 2.0 of StarTech USB to VGA Display Adapter. I installed the drivers and got work and mirroring the image properly, however, now I'm having a problem with the touch screen.

  The touch screen responds when I touch it, but that the pointer is emptied all the way to the right. Mouse follows my pen up and down with me, but it does not come to the left. It's as if the screen is only read the coordinates there where I touch, and coordinates x are blocked all the way to the right.

  The touchscreen was working perfectly fine until I installed the graphics card driver and software for the VGA display adapter to work. The keyboard and the mouse works fine, everything is perfect except for this touch screen problem. I'm 99% sure it's a software problem, and I wanted to know if there is a known issue, or if anyone else has had this kind of problem. I guess this is the software for the VGA graphics card and I was wondering if this is the case, what I can do for the TouchSmart can support a second screen bypassing screen touch, or any other, problems of alternatives.

  Sorry in advance if there is already a topic on this issue, I went thorugh the forums and can't find anything about it.

  I wanted to try something before your steps and I seemed to have solved the problem.

  The problem is that the nvidia card driver was not cooperating with startech to the VGA graphic card driver. I uninstalled the nvidia card driver and all this work and am now able to see on both screens.

  I know I'm going to miss some qualities of video, but from now on, everything works and I think it's what is best. I will try to reinstall the graphics driver, but right now, the problem is resolved. Thank you.
