• Touchpad causing excessive use of CPU on Vostro 3558 (Windows 10)

  I ask for help because I don't want to stay in Win7/Win8, and it drives me crazy.

  I fixed it messing with Vostro 3559 touchpad driver and driver Lenovo Yoga 3 1370.

  IN FACT, WINDOWS 8.1 HAS THE SAME PROBLEM, I HAVE NOT TRIED WINDOWS 10.

  THE STEPS I DID TO FIX IN WINDOWS 8.1;

  1. install the VOSTRO 3559 Windows 7 touchpad drivers:

  My mailing lists have been works well until the update of this car. A work around for previous incidents of this problem, which a name without spaces list, has not worked this time. Only by selecting all addresses from the list and dragging them to the line address works.

  No, not back... you have a problem, but it is clearly not the same.

  I am not able to reproduce an error on a daily build, then perhaps you could try to restart with the modules disabled in the Help menu to see if it is an aberrant add-on cause you pain.

  Probably the last updates from Microsoft, as well as updated for ELAN touchpad caused some problems and so you cannot use the touchpad or keyboard...
  You could solve this problem using the mouse external USB and loading of the last restore point.

  For something like this, it is best if you have an external mouse attached - it's common sense and not because of something flakey on occur.  It's like the race without a disc of recovery and personal backups: you can get away with it for years and then ONE day, Poof - here you are with a blank screen and no way to recover your data.

  No, Apple did not use any screen AMOLED displays still on any of their devices.  Poster of line Samsung Galaxy may be best know series with AMOLED screen, but Motorola and Nokia have used on some of their devices too.

  Any screen LCD needs backlight behind it to display anything, and on small portable devices that meant for the White Backlight LED (older computer LED screens and televisions used actually cold cathode ray tubes - fluorescent tubes).  Apple retina displays are still fairly traditional IPSLCD led displays for the backlight.  "Retina" is just brand name Apple for their superiors than standard resolution LCD screens.

  The terms LED display and the LCD display are unfortunately become almost synonyms in the speech from the market.  But the actual display is an LCD screen and the light source that shines through it to display the image's LEDs.  An LCD on an iphone without backlight appears simply black.

  Hi I'm a basic user and not that technically minded can install, uninstall windows updates programs but have been little disconcerted by this Toshiba Tempro tool.

  Do I really need to use it as am really satisfied with the way my laptop works, no graphic problem (so do I really need to update my driver), starts without questions its not work fantastically and what scared me more on the use of this tool is, I play a computer game called The Sims 2 and my other desktop computer , I did some updates on advise of a tech support agent and it messed up parts of my game.

  So now you have scared, terrified, in fact, not to use anything other that of windows updates touch wood have been harmless to my game on my desktop for the 18 months, it has been connected to the internet.

On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed on GPT disks. "I also received error messages about it needing to be in format NTFS, but I fixed this problem. I followed other tutorials and guides for the problems of which has involved the partition exFAT and reformatting of the flash player install to put in shape, but it gave me no result. The reason why I chose to burn a key USB and not a DVD is because my computers internal DVD drive seems to be broken. I hope that the hotfix that is required to install windows does not require me replace the internal SuperDrive. Help, please.

  Installation of boot EFI (non - MBR) on a Mac 2011 is problematic and many driver issues ensue. You can delete the MBR using GPT Fdisk, but boot EFI, which is allowed on the GPT disk, will cause more pain later.
