  Check if windows mail is the default messaging program...

  As long as what you say... outlook became the default e-mail program.

  2 save the attachment to your press card and then transfer the file via a USB cable connected to your PC with mass storage Mode enabled on your card.

  1. go to Options > Media Card

• With the help of Windows Easy Transfer - need to transfer the old HARD drive to new computer - old HDD attached as external drive for the new usb port of the computer - help

  New computer installed Windows 7 and gave me an option to use Windows easy transfer to transfer files, data, programs, etc. from my old computer.  All I have from the old computer's hard drive; a lightning strike fried either food or his mother by car.  I have attached the hard as a disk to the new computer using the usb cable provided with the external hard drive case.  It is recognized as drive E: on the new computer.

  Trying to follow the instructions given by the Windows Easy Transfer software.  Get the software/folder from the old hard drive (drive E), but trying to run the software that I can't seem to do anything on the old disk.  When asked what is the former or the new computer - I respond to old, but no new file is created for the transfer.  When I answer again, a new file is created on the new computer (rather than the old HDD) and then he transferred again to new.  I can't create a file of whatever it is I want to transfer from the old HDD.

  I can't use an easy transfer cable because the old computer does not only the hard drive.  I can't connect to a network for the same reason.  I only have the hard that I can attach to the new computer.  But I can't get the new computer to process the old hard drive separately for transfer purposes.  The only other option I can think of is to attach the old HDD to another computer, and then try to run the software in this way, but I don't want just the stuff on the old hard drive a copy to the other computer.

  Can anyone help?  Suggest how to get the old hard drive files, data, transferred etc. to the new computer.  What are the steps?

  Do yourself a favor, with the old drive connected externally, in the browser, simply copy the data files to the location of Documents of the PC win7. You can not copy programs, they need to be reinstalled from media origonal. You can copy all the downloaded files instalation

  I use elements 14 having upgraded from 10 items arrived a number of pictures as an attachment when running 10 items a pop-up window appears in Adobe saying they had detected some photo entries and I want to include them in the catalogue of Adobe.  After accepting the pictures would appear in the catalog as directed unfortunately I can't get the pictures to transfer using element 14.   You can only be taken the pictures folder.

  From the Organizer, go to the menu:

  File > watched folders

  Click the Add button to choose Documents.

• Attached in Lightroom 2015.3 produces enormous delays in the transfer of image

  I turned to a concert last night and because client that I needed to perform impressions during the event, chose to use Lightroom attach to my MacBook Pro to get the images in Lightroom, because they were shot.  Repeatedly during the evening, the camera seemed to lock up and the lamp of data transfer was on for minutes at a time.  I see delays of a few minutes before the captured images would get to Lightroom, and then after waiting a while, things would be back to normal.  Then in a short time, everything would be bogged down again.  By stopping the attachment, the issue disappeared completely and I could only shoot the required event.  A break, I tried to tie up again and the same problem occurs very quickly.  In my tests before shoot, home seemed to work, but I did not test the volume that require the event (3 images every minute and a half).

  In the past, attach lose connection randomly but the connection remained all the time, however huge delays in fact transfer the strap works more an argument than a boon.  Others have experienced this with Lightroom 2015.3?  The environment was very simple.  1Dx cannon with a strap tools cable for MacBook Pro running El Capitan and Lightroom 2015.3

  Any advice will be appreciated.  Earlier in the week, I had made a similar shooting using Canon native tethering tool and never had these problems and was running at a much higher pace, using the same physical hardware.

  I wanted to increase the speed and storage capacity to transfer to my Mac mini file, so I bought a box of external hard drives. The one I bought is: http://www.icydock.com/goods.php?id=219

  Built-in the Mac mini hard drives transfer the file to 60 MB/s (writing and reading) and I wanted to get better speed of file transfer, so I bought an SSD that is going to be inside with an another HARD drive of 3 TB for archiving my files. The housing is connected by USB3.0 (5 Gb/s) for the Mac mini.

  [SSD-> files I opened every day] - speed around 550 MB/s write and 500 MB/sec in reading

  [HDD-> Archives, files that I have does not open very often] - speed around 150 MB/s write and 150 MB/sec in reading

  So I did some benchmarks on my new Setup, and the speed is not really what I expected. Transfer of file max speed I have achieved is about 100 MB/sec in writing on the external SSD plugged into the mac mini. This transfer has been filed since an iMac 21 "2011 with an SSD (with almost the same speed read/write than the box) so it's quite disappointing.

  It is possible that the Mac has a 'file transfer speed limit' is somewhere? Or whatever else that could affect that?

  Mac Mini server 2012 - 2 TB RAID 1 - Mac OSX 10.9.5

  iMac 21 "2011 - Crucial SSD 275 Gb - Mac OSX 10.9.4

  Folders cannot be sent as an attachment. You will need the file zip up and send the zip attached file.

  I'm trying to set up a shooting tethered with my D800. The suite of measures to launch the captive capture by Adobe, the camera is recognized, the camera settings are updated in LR when changed to the camera and the shutter LR functions correctly. Only the files never transfer to LR. LR indicates that 'files are camera transfer', but they do not.  Here is some additional information.

  MacBook Pro v 10.8.5

  Lightroom 5.3 up to date.

  D800 firmware updated.

  I went through all the steps on the troubleshooting page of Adobe.

  I tried this with a CF card installed and no card installed.

  This configuration works with transfer of images on Mac.

  In case someone else has a problem like that - it turns out that the LR catalog has become corrupted somehow. I could not find a way to fix the catalog so transfer images, but when I created a new catalog, the images transferred with captive capture very well.

  Save it to the place where? For what purpose? As long as you do not remove it, it should remain in your email. You can move it to a folder by tapping on the icon of the folder at the bottom of the screen as you watch the email. You may also copy and paste Notes, take only a screenshot that would be in your Photos. You could transfer to a remark like Evernote service.

  You can select the message that you want to transfer and use click on: as an attachment, which will create a new message with the attached selected.

  Another way, if you already have a message being composed, is drag and drop the message on your new message. Drop it in the address at the top area not on the text of the message. And of course, you can use this method to add several messages as attachments.

  Note that practically any file can be added as an attachment that much too.

  I am looking for help to identify a problem that is either related to Apple Mail or Microsoft Outlook (or both), in which colleagues using Outlook appear to not receive the original message of my response as an attachment HTML emails (see attached photo for reference).

  Mail users are able to view the complete message (my response with the original post below); However, in the last two weeks or so, Outlook users are beginning to be confused (especially when they do not bother to look at the attachment). I had a single tap me on the shoulder to give me some advice of e-mail etiquette.

  I think that this could be linked to the HTML signature I created, you will notice that my signature is also not included in my reply (but is instead included in the HTML attachment).

  I place the signature about six months ago, and everything was fine, so I don't know what is different now.

  Anyone experience something like this and have a potential solution?
