  Gmail keeps an archive record of all your emails in 'all mail '.
  If you subscribe to see the "All messages" folder, then it will download what could be a huge file of everything. If the "All messages" folder on the server has more in it you know, it will use quotas.

  If you delete emails from a folder for example: Inbox, so it won't result delete emails from the folder "all messages".

  If you delete an email in 'All mail' then it will be deleted from any folder it displays in, as all labels are removed.

  I can advise that check you two things.
  Logon on behalf of webmail gmail using a browser and access to the folder "all messages".
  You may find loads of emails you do not want to keep or thought were deleted, but they are still hiding in 'All mail' using to the top of your quota.

  You can choose to remove some of these old e-mail messages that you think has already been deleted.

  In Thunderbird mail gmail account that I am assuming that you have set up as imap:
  Not subscribed to view the "All messages" folder so it will download all these emails, but they will remain available on the server.

  If you do not have Microsoft Office, you can try this office suite open source. It does not claim to be able to translate all the content of DOCX, if glitches are possible. Note: this is a very large download.

  First get mail valid only for the current account. use the small down arrow to display the menu and select "get new messages" implied, but not stated that it is for all accounts.

  Assuming that you have installed the full function of the printer software, it is probably not the printer to blame.

  The browser you use to view the emails aren't always the settings you need (for example, Page Setup to adjust the size / width Fit).

  The browser or program may be missing parameters in order to translate something that the printer can understand the content.  Strange fonts or images in the content is a possible cause of printing email problems.

• SkyDrive links added to all default email on the last document

  Attaching a series of 4 documents to an email in Hotmail via skydrive translates into hyperlinks for each document appearing as a list in the email as well as hyperlinks allowing you to ' go to ' 4 documents or download as a zip file.

  Using the two links this last fine, but all four of the hyperlinks in the list title will take you to the same document, which is always the last document added.

  It's weird and annoying.  Any body know why this happens and how to fix?
