  Thanks a lot to try to solve this problem. I did as you directed and now have the new version of Firefox running. It's a little bit conventional since I always get this box on my desktop but when I click on the icon that Firefox 8 appears.

  I use the SendListener Interface to block outgoing SMS. Its blocked successfully, but it adds Transmission refused by Application myApplication, before the SMS content. I don't want this message in my blocked SMS.

• How to know what are the applications requested?

  I get notifications that my child asks permission to use specific applications.  But when I click on it, and on the page of queries - it doesn't tell me what are the applications, or lead me to a link so I can check.  I would like to know how can I know what are the apps on so I can decide whether to block or allow it.

• Copies nested in the Application Data folder

  Running Windows 7 64 bit.  In my c:\Documents and Settings\All Users folder there is a folder of application data.  If I develop this folder I find what appears to be a complete copy of all the 'All Users' files, including another folder "Application Data".  If I develop this folder, I get another copy of everything, including (guess youe), "data Applications.  Extend only one, same thing... That's at least 27 levels.  What's happening?

  However we have folder AppData is hidden and Documents and settings can be found on the command prompt.

  In Windows Vista and Windows 7, the local settings and Application data have been replaced by a single folder, % userprofile%\AppData\Local.

  In order to accomplish the appropriate redirection, you need two junctions:

  (1) a junction of local settings, which will transmit programs going
  %USERPROFILE%\Local settings in the new folder.

  (2) the junctions of an Application Data * inside the new folder * that points to itself, to get the programs to access the data in % userprofile%\LocalSettings\Application.

  If you think about it, it makes sense... when the program accesses local parameters, it will get passed in the folder, it should be in, however, it also accesses a folder named Application Data * in the correct folder it needs * (since it has already been redirected by the junction of local settings), so the junction of Application data should point to itself that things are working properly.

  I suggest you check the security settings on your Application data junction (C:\users\yourname\appdata\local) (you will need to select display operating system files in folder options in Explorer window).

  Go to the Security tab, click Advanced, then change and make sure that you see a refuse permission for everyone on the list.

  If it is not a list, create a 'all' and check the box under Deny next of ' read the file / data list.

  I can deploy from Jdeveloper, but if I have a deployment on the built-in console (an ear file) of weblogic server, I can not run the application.

• Is the Application Manager broken on Mac OS 10.7.4?

  Adobe Application Manager version 6.2.77.0 refuses to launch on my 3.33 GHz Core 2 Duo iMac running Mac OS 10.7.4 - that it just bounces in the dock. This has caused a variety of other issues:

  1. I can't download and manually install the updates to CS6 Production Premium applications because even manual updates require Application Manager.
  2. I can't uninstall the suite CS5 on my system, because the uninstall process requires that the Application Manager (of course, I could manually remove apps and directories, but I would like a clean and complete uninstall)
  3. I can't uninstall and reinstall cleanly CS6 because this also requires Application Manager.

  Is there currently a work around for this? Adobe pushes updates downstream - I can see notifications in the update utility - but with a manager of the Application does not work updates are not available.

  After two attempts to completely remove Application Manager and re - install, this seems to have solved my problems. I also had to manually delete the AAM files in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe /.

  You can either run postclone on both nodes and choose to have the CM running on Node2 or set "s_isConc" in the context file of application on the node2 not and 's_concstatus' to disabled and then run the AutoConfig (after purge table FND_NODES) - see (Note: 73611.1 - how to move the process server simultaneously from one node to another node) for more details.

  You can open it by accessing it in the Applications folder? If so, you may have a corrupt Dock alias. Click and hold the alias and make it about 1 inch away from the docking station, then release. Then drag the application in the Applications folder in the Dock to create a new alias. When you have a new alias, control - click/Options/keep in Dock.
