  I recently replaced an older HP Photosmart printer with a Pro Officejet 8610.  Before you install the new printer, I went through the control panel and uninstalled all the HP software on my system.

  Connected to the new printer and installed, it is software and everything works very well with regard to the printer; However, I get an error message when I boot by demanding that I re - install TrayApp.msi.

  A bit of Googling suggests that this is related to some software (image/photo) that came with the old printer, if that's the case I don't have these disks, and that the software was supposedly completely removed.

  I've seen solutions to get rid of this message that State re - install the software, but this isn't my current printer software so I don't want to do that.

  I would like to know how completely remove some looking for this application, which I think is a... registry entry?

  Any help greatly appreciated as the error message starting to get embarrassing now!

  Please use it, HP Officejet software and driver removal utility, instead of the L3, that it will not affect the new printing software at all.

  The TrayApp.msi file is associated with the HP Photosmart Digital Imaging software.

  If you receive a popup of the message, I suggest to uninstall the HP Photosmart Digital Imaging software and reinstall it back.

  Note: You can download HP software applications from the web site of the customer; or if the software was supplied with the computer, you can reinstall using the HP application recovery process.

  My HP Photosmart C7280 "disappears" every 6 months. Software HP seems unstable.

  Once again I've had to download/reinstall features comprehensive software Photosmart PS A10 02 so that the printer works correctly.

  Installation, however, gets stuck. Lac App.msi (7ZS752A) seems to be damaged and lost.

  If you can't find such a, delete any file in the folder %Temp%, those are all deleted temporary files and CAMRA.

  Run the installer for your printer, once more, we will create a new folder of 7z, that one must include sucha Trayapp.msi file in its installation folder.

  while selecting Uninstall or repair, you will have to search for the file, navigate to the current 7z folder, if it may require specific folder path, you can simply rename the name of the current folder in 7zs752A and then repeat the same.

  Method 1: Try now to the KB article to perform the clean boot:

  Important: After you use the clean boot in order to solve your problem follow the steps in the "steps to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state" section to start your system in normal mode.

  Method 2:

  The trayapp.msi is generally found in the printer/scanner hp CD ROM. follow the steps mentioned below:

  (a) Insert the CD of hp printers after seeing the installer window asking trayapp.msi.

  (b) click Browse, double-click your CD-ROM drive, and then double-click the installation folder.

  (c) and then double-click the folder trayapp. Now, you can see the trayapp.msi file click on it, and then click Open.

  (d) it will return you to the window installer; all you have to do is, click OK.
