trial has expired the creative cloud
Hello, I have an account in the cloud, but my programs do not work on my iMac. When I try to use photoshop cc 2014, a notice of trial has expired. OK, I created 2 nd account to reinstall the clouds and gives me the same message. the program asks to enter a serial number, but I have not received one. Uninstall all adobe products in my iMac, use adobe clean and reinstall again the cloud with new account, but the problem still once again how using a few accounts on my macbook work without problem. Made the trail 30 for all applications begin as soon as you download the trial version of the creative cloud? Or the test for Photoshop 30 days begins the day you install Photoshop regardless of when you downloaded the trial version of the creative cloud and installed Lightroom?
It is the date of installation that counts, but sometimes the 30 day trial may finish early, especially if you change something on your system (for example, hardware, clock, etc. system restore).

Can't completely uninstall the trial version of the creative cloud
Hey guys! So finally, I subscribed to Adobe Creative cloud after using the trial version for a month. But whenever I try to download the creative cloud on my computer, I get this error message saying that I have a creative open cloud. I then uninstall all the software that I had the trial version, but I still get the error - 86. What can I do? I had the creative cloud, so I could easily work on projects from the House class. Thank you
The it guy at work made me download the Adobe uninstaller program. After doing this I go to re - install the creative cloud on my computer and it worked. Thanks for chiming in well ^^

Well, suppose it opens, and that the transport is not working. If this is the case, then there is one thing that stop it - no valid audio device found. Go to the Preferences menu and look at your hardware, then select something relevant (probably a device internal). If the answer is not obvious, report on what you see there.

I bought CC Adobe Student and Teacher Edition width monthly payment yesterday, but if I install any product with the Creative of Cloud software for desktop and want start, it only say that my trial period has expired and that I should buy it.

Make sure that you are connected with correct email ID in the application of CC desktop in which you have cloud for creativity, if they are correct, and then try to reset the hosts file.
You can follow the steps below.
Reset the hosts file:
NOTE: you may need to deactivate you security software to change your hosts file.
Windows
- Click Start > run, type % systemroot % \system32\drivers\etcand pressenter.
- Right-click on the hosts file, and then select Open. Select the application Notepad open the hosts file.
- Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
- Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example,127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
- Save and close the file.
Mac OS
Log in as an administrator to change the hosts file in Mac OS.
- In a Finder window, press command + SHIFT + G key on your keyboard, it will open go to folder
- Type / etc.
- Select the hosts file and open it.
- Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
- Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example,127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
- Save and close the file.

I tried a few times now to install the version track creative cloud to get the new PS2014 - but it is empty as below. I am on Windows 7 and this is the first time that happens (have used this software on the PC before installing other tests)

You can follow the link: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/other-downloads.html and download Adobe Application Manager. It will update when you first launch as the necessary creative cloud desktop application.

I bought a new Mac Pro, transferred my CS software on it from my old Mac Pro, now I can't access Illustrator, only the version of cloud of the trial. How can I use the software that I already bought?
Just to clarify, in the case where this help anyone. I transferred more SC around 6 to help Apple migration assistant, and the only program in the suite that could not be accessed except through the trial version of cloud was the Illustrator. After that more than an hour on the Adobe support chat, turns out that I needed to follow the guests to buy cloud version, then type the serial number of my CS software at some point in the process. There you go.

I downloaded a demo of DC Pro, which has now expired and just recently purchased an annual membership. When I open the creative cloud, it says that I need to buy CDS to use however on my account, I bought DC. I have sign-in/disconnected, DC Pro uninstalled and reinstalled and still do the same thing, asking me to buy DC Pro
