trial has expired the creative cloud

Hello, I have an account in the cloud, but my programs do not work on my iMac. When I try to use photoshop cc 2014, a notice of trial has expired. OK, I created 2 nd account to reinstall the clouds and gives me the same message. the program asks to enter a serial number, but I have not received one. Uninstall all adobe products in my iMac, use adobe clean and reinstall again the cloud with new account, but the problem still once again how using a few accounts on my macbook work without problem. I use Mac OS 10.10.1 https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/23922966/Screen Shot-2015-01-15 to the 13.23.35.png
