Subscription will not be activated. Trial period has expired. Creative cloud office

I bought CC Adobe Student and Teacher Edition width monthly payment yesterday, but if I install any product with the Creative of Cloud software for desktop and want start, it only say that my trial period has expired and that I should buy it.

I've never had a trial period with my account.

How can I solve this problem?
