  I've never seen, recording is not the same as product activation (requiring a purchased serial number), although the two are often held at the same time.

  You need to deal with what you have - a number series bought and installation files or installation disk. Since you first Elements 9, you are far beyond any guarantee for the product which is now within 14 days of purchase from Adobe directly for download.

  It seems to me that you see would include trying to resolve your situation through the usual exercise...

  1 are you sure that the serial number you are using? Is the serial number that you are using display with your product in your account on the Adobe website?

  2. remote do you have in the first elements 9.0 install? A uninstall you / free ccleaner Cross (regular and register cleaner parts), reinstall it with antivirus and firewall disabled? Have you included the 9.0.1 download and install. This can be done with the program closed.   For Windows Adobe - Premiere Elements: for Windows: Premiere Elements 9.0.1 update

  3. you run programs as an administrator (from account user with administrative privileges)?

  You have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer, what operating system... If Windows 10, then Windows 7 bit, 8 or 8.1 64 7.7.6... if QuickTIme and QuickTime 7.7.8.

  4. the video graphics card is up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card? Sometimes a day card is not enough, then deleting the file BadDrivers.txt could be a life saver.

  I need a little help here:

  I have currently two adobe first elements 7 and corel video studio 11 is installed on the same computer.  I am able to import video from my canon HG10 (MTS) files no problem in both programs.  Hwoever, I am experiencing extreme video and voice in adobe, but not in my corel offset.  I prefer to do all my video editing in adobe.  Am I missing something? using the preset wrong? Please help... can be specific to the present I have to use to play good mts video in adobe?

  The Canon HG10 is a more intensive camcorder AVCHD video format to change. Most of the people who are editing in Premiere Elements successfully use processors quad core with 4 GB of RAM. It's possible Corel operates somewhat more effectively and could possibly run on your system. (Make sure you that you make your video in first items, pressing ENTER to keep the red line along the top of the timeline from firing at the Green, before you judge playback of the video.)

  However, ensure that when you edit in Premiere Elements that you are using a predefined project AVCHD and you are using the media Downloader (under organize, get the media, AVCHD camcorder) to download your video from the camcorder. Using a program to capture your video and the other for editing can often lead to problems you encounter.

• First Elements 10 problem!

  Hello! I have a problem with my first 10 elements. I'll post a photo to clearify the problem.

  So I try to make a video with lots of little video clips. All the clips are in the same format, mpeg. Almost all the files work correctly except for a few, and they are always the same, all tho of course with another video... As I see it seems to be completely random, some fail and some work... I have still the audio on each clip, but I get the green screen on some of them... And once a clip like that it stays that way... BTW, sorry if the English is bad... All my files are saved in a computer game, im using Nvidia Shadowplay. Someone met before, or has any idea what the cause? How can I solve this problem?

  And Yes by the way, I have 10 windows, I don't seem to matter when I had windows 8, same problem... I'm also a really good computer then has nothing to do with this... The computer can manage information, storage, all sizes of files etc... its young.

  Hope I can get a good answer on this basis, feels little sad to buy another program to fix it.

  I'm a professional architectural photographer. I need to create videos using a series of photos, and I need the ability to pan and zoom to specific parts of each photo.  I need to be able to tell the software where to pan and to and where to zoom in or out.  For example, I could start on the left side of a picture, pan to the left side of the photo, then stop panning and zooming.  I need to control the speed of the pan and zoom and control where they occur within each photo.  I won't be dealing with video, only still photos.

  I saw a video showing this capability in Premier Pro.  It can also be done in first elements?

  Anyone know where I can download first Elements 7 trial? My school is using Elements 7 first, and I'm afraid I'll have some compatibility issues with items 9 and 7.

  This could be tough, as pre 7 is now two years and two versions of old, I think the trial downloads are completed for a long time.

  Also don't forget, any project in any version of 'trial' is going to be a watermark, so you might not be happy with the results. This FAQ entry will tell you more about the watermark.

  Good luck, and I hope that someone else could have a URL for download, but I would not hold my breath, because of the age of this version.

  If you had installed the trial version, then you can only use the serial number of your DVD to activate to use fully.  The only thing that limits the free trial to be exactly the same as the full version is the time limit.  When you activate the trial version, the delay is removed.
