problem with CC - only trial version of the software CC
After a year of CC license purchase / pay monthly / and after the installation of the entire collection of DC /Acrobat and CC Photoshop application 2 / I can't yet run detailed request - only in trial mode. / Mac os X 10.9.5
After the launch for example app. Photoshop - window application manager appear and force me to Sign IN / even I m signatory in CC /, then window will apear where I m forced to use it in the trial or activate by serial number.
How to solve it?

Cannot open the software after trial period has expired and I paid for a 1 year plan
I use windows 10 and you have finished my trial period for indesign and photoshop. I then proceeded to pay it for the plan one year to have these programs and followed the steps that were sent to me to activate the software. Now, when I try to open either indesign or photoshop, I told myself my trial period is over and I need to buy the product. Can anyone help?
