  Long story - new macbook - could not download my lightroom exclusive 5 due to problem of serial number - so I downloaded the trial version of the cloud creative and used until it expired - finally got an email with a new serial number.  Updated at 6 of Lightroom, but now I can't figure out how to put in the new serial number because the trial version has expired.

  We know not if you actually bought LR6 or if you think you can use a replacement for Lightroom 5 serial number to activate LR6 (you can't).

• Fixing of Trial Version expired projects?

  I used the trial software to create several complex and playbacks projects while I waited for my business process the order and get my software. Unfortunately my software trail ended before I got my purchased version of Captivate 2. Now when I open my old demos (.htm files) it says that my software has expired. I have the new version purchased, installed now, but I still can't get them open and run (even if I save it, publish it again).
  Please, please, please, someone help. I really don't want to have to re - register and publish all my demos.

  He does. I'm sure you don't ' have no problem when you get the full version registered and activated. I've never had the trial version so I can't speak from experience but I thought there is no functional difference between the evaluation of the application version and the registered version.

  You should be able to return to your project (check expire them dates as mentioned above) and use them in normal conditions. Let us know if this isn't the case. And thank you for the information...

  I have a fair a few photos in the catalogue atm and that you would not lose any data.

  No need to uninstall CC. Enter your serial number to convert it to perpetually licensed 6 version.

• I downloaded the trial version of Lightroom 3 days.  I'm looking to import/whateverit is called a dropbox folder to store the pictures.  I don't know what creative cloud is and I do not.  In any case I'm trying to import from a fol dropbox

  I suggest to please move some images to the DropBox on your computer, then try and import the images.

  And please see if the image is displayed in the import window.

  The download was successful but when I press the button import I get this error message: namespace could not be found: AgCreativeCloudUtils. What is c?  How can I fix it? Pretty much a novice and trying to find an easy to use photo editing program.

  Have you removed the CC desktop application?

  If so, reinstall LR.

  Know your OS would be helpful too.

  I bought the student permit creative cloud and that I do not understand why the applications I downloaded and launched are available only for 30 days trial.

  I also had the problem with Adobe Premier project that I reopened its doors with this new version and it bugs, first I have to make the project again, but how making it pops up a window with an unknown error. Then... I can't continue with the project and it takes me two days to find a solution... first to have bought the software since my trial version expired leaving my unfinished video, and after having been bought I fail to operate.

  Please, can someone give me a hint... I guess that maybe there is a conflict with the old version, I had. I uninstalled all graphics and video of Adobe applications at the same time when I was buying and installing Adobe Creative Cloud.

  When I try to install CS4, it fails, even after that I removed the extended version.

  When I followed the steps to fix the installation problem as described in an article in the knowledge base, the installation seems to work, but when I run the application, it rises CS4 extended again and, of course, will not accept my serial number purchased.

  If I could return the software, I'd do it, but I'm stuck with it now.

  Someone knows how to remove this trial software, so I can install that I bought?

  When you say you "removed" the trial version you must use Add/Remove Programs applet, and then to run the cleanup script as described here:
