  Hello today I bought the student permit because my license has expired a month ago more or less with a different credit card. I received the purchase confirmation e-mail, but when I try to open any program it says my license has expired and cannot do anything. I hope that someone can help me.

I just got a new desktop computer and you want to install the second allowence install on it, but it does not really accept CD/DVD. Is there a way I can download the software from the Web site by using the serial number of my intern license? The serial number is listed under 'my products', but there is nothing listed under 'my orders' with a prompt to download the software because I don't actually have it bought on adobe.com.

  Hi, I got a student through my University permit. It expired a month ago, but after that I renewed that I "try" to buttons instead of those 'install' in the creative application of cloud. I use 10 64-bit windows. The license in my account says that it is active, so I can't say what the problem is.

  I have had my phone for about three years and bought Adobe Photoshop at the same time. This is the edition student and teacher since he was the only one available at this time. Last year laptop has stopped working due to problems with the motherboard so I sent it to make it fixed. It's fixed now and all my other programs on my computer are still there and work properly. The memory on my computer is fine and has not been affected, but Photoshop has stopped working. For a minute when I got my computer back from repair, it was working normally. Then after a day it started asking for my serial number or to continue to use my 30 day free trial. I have long lost my serial number and do not want the buyback program, but I need to use it.
