  I had a beta of Lightroom 3, but updated version upgraded to the full version when it came out and have updated with each update available (well over a year).  However the "Strangelove" of version beta splash screen always seems to launch and that the 'about component.  I always wondered this subject, just kind of a weird bug, but I think that my version of [s] of Lightroom is buggy on the iMac to my father and, in trying to solve a common problem with texts in Web layouts (http://forums.adobe.com/message/4009201), I wanted to check what version of Lightroom 3 I was currently at and it is not stated either in the "about" pane or in the Finder «» Get Info!  I tried to delete Lightroom and all that it has associated files completely and put it back, but stays "Strangelove".  I'm worried, it's one more sign of bugs in the workings!

• Acrobat Pro XI acts as a licensed product is a trial version

  Three users were provided for Acrobat Pro XI licenses and installed on their computer yesterday. Today, they reported having a pop-up thanking them for the use of the trial version and purchase a license for DC.

  Now, I understand if they had selected "trial subscription or" when installing in a first time, but these are versions under license with serial numbers.

• LR 6 still think it's a Trial Version after you have entered the serial number

  Downloaded LR 6.1 installer launched, selected, I have purchaced in perpetual license.  After launch that LR 6 always seems to think that it is a trial version - under my name at the top left it says join - test expired.  If I try and sign off he said that LR will be disabled.  I do and it makes me to reconnect.  I went through conversations online 7 more than 8 hours and no one can get to the bottom of this.  My 6.0 appears as a product on the site under my products with the serial number.

  I downloaded the trial version 12 HP website MISS. But when I tried to start the UFT, it requires license key. So I'm not able to start the UFT.

  We have 2 licenses: creative cloud for teams - (December 17, 14) InDesign and Illustrator CC (from January 29, 16): but we have an evaluation version (?) for Illustrator CC and now the trial version has expired... but we paid already 2 months for the two licenses and we cannot activate the Illustrator CC license? In my account, I see 2 licenses...?

  I need help with licensing issues.  I have a site of Adobe CC license for my class.  I installed the software on 1 computer and activated the license.  Once it worked, I migrated all the data for the other 39 machines.  It worked on most computers.  However, on about 5, whenever you open an application (Photoshop), it starts a trial instead of the licensed version. When I click to add license, it is said that it does not find my account even if I use the right pair.  Is it possible that I can just type the serial number? • I have a site license, but when I updated for first CC 2015, it became a trial version

  I'm running a lab with 25 licenses.  Currently, all computers run CC 2014, because the new version became available too near the beginning of the semester for to feel me comfortable changing.  I wanted to try the first new, I have so installed on a machine.  I launched first CC 2014, says to check the updates.  He forced me to update my client CC and then to connect.  I installed the new version in addition to the existing version to maintain uniformity in the laboratory.  However, the new facility came as a trial version.  I ignored the warnings, thinking that my license key would certainly, but he never did, and the new version is now expired.

  Regarding the download, the correct trial version going, you should be able to manage on the link below.  If you have made a purchase and bought a Windows license so it is not valid for a Mac installation.  You will need to contact the Support from Adobe when they go bacvk vacation to see about getting the correct license.

  You can download the demo version of the software through the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
