  In Vista, you can just type it into the search line, you get when you click Start, and then simply press to load any command that you enter. Alternatively, you can press the Windows key + r to get the run dialogue box and it do.

  To see what plug-ins load or failed to load, select help > system information... Now, select the copy button, then open TextEdit and paste the text into a new document. You can use the Edit > find > find... Menu (Cmd + F) to flush out the plug-in, based on its name. Then, you can see if it falls in the "plug-ins installed:' article or not."

  Also in Ps with a document open, go to filter > other > HSB/HSL to see if the OptionalMultiplugin loaded.
