  Yes, it will be possible. You have several inputs and outputs on different codecs.

  The main difference between the C series are physiqueet inputs and outputs and call functions.  See the tables below.

  I was setting up a C60 Nomenclature for one of my clients. By making a selection in the option of software feature, I was able to get to select Lic for Multisite and Premium resolution, but not dual display.

  Is there is some other partcode to select the dual display option or it is by default when we order C60. Also, in the description of C60 partcode nothing was mentioned for DD Lic.

  Hi Abderrahmane,

  C20 does not support multisite (embedded MCU).  C60 supports this feature.  So if C60 participates in a conference then you can use it as MCU.  If this isn't the case, then you need an external MCU for your codecs C20.

  Only one of the memory banks must be populated with a version of the software out of the box.

  The second question depends on which codec C series you mean. C20 can be hard reset (power button sequence) while C40, C60 and C90 cannot and must be done either through web series, touch, telnet or ssh where each of them except series requires a network connection.

  Hi Taung Chan,

  Codec of TC is intigrator codec C 40, C 60 and 90 C. It will not work with C 20, SX 20.

  On the old site Tandberg.com there is information and software concerning software integrator like AMX and Crestron modules.

  And there was the software to control the audio and video processor in the C40 - C60 - codec C90.

  Where is the information on the Cisco site, all I get is the software for the units itself.

  And just find an Admin guide is a challenge too... I didn't say that old is better, but to find good information on the site Tandberg.com was done in 3 mouse clicks...

  Fact anyone knows the way too 'secret' the AMX, Crestron modules & software tools and admin guides.

  There is no problem to move from TC4.2.x to TC5.1.6. The only thing you should have in hand during the upgrade is a valid release for TC5 key.

The question we have is that this specific application is referred to the local address book and not the address book of companies that is replicated through the organization. Any way to copy address books via the script or to change a setting in the C90, so it is the references to the address book when the local address book is requested via the API?

  You will need to modify the application so that it looks the right directory via the API commands it uses.  There is not sort on the endpoint to indicate endpoint to search for the API to redirect to the local directory in the directory of companies.

• Cisco VCS and MCU - Conference does not

  I have problems in the VCS configuration to work with the MCU to join to several endpoints in a conference. The components that I use:

  -Cisco VCS control v8.7.

  -Cisco 5300 MCU 5310 v 4.5 (1.72)

  -3 x SX20 end points

  I recorded every endpoint and MCU on VCS, but I'm not able to do a conference call 3-way, the only option is 1 video and 1 audio (I disabled the Multisite option). It seems that VCS does not yet call the MCU in the game.

  Can you tell us how you set up the Conference and how you have configured MCU and endpoints?

  From the sounds of it, you call each end point of one of the SX20s, but you must call simply directly in the Conference on the MCU.  If you want to have a conference point to point between two end points and then degenerate into a multipoint conference on the MCU, you must configure Multiway.

  I've not being updated to 14.6 TMS, but in 14.4 and I'd be surprised if this had been changed to 14.6, you can specify a system to switch to the MCU, in which case the address is displayed as below in the screenshot;

  These messages can be configured by using the advanced > settings customized in the conductor model.

  I would recommend something like:
