I get a message when I run Photoshop saying that my account will expire in 10 days. My payments are up to date @ month for $9.95. Can I fix on my end?

I checked your account, and it is active. This message might be from the server because of your other old expired subscription. I would disconnect the CC application and remove the file opm.db from this link. Then reconnect. That should fix the problem

    Now try control-alt-shift key (Ctrl-alt-shift on Windows) and start Photoshop. An option button will open and opt for delete the settings file - see if that helps any.

    I have a computer with this status which comes to have installed the client and will not be to centralize.  Other computers seem to work properly (centralized).

    The computer is to ping requests, but appears as disconnected in the console.

    I deleted the CVD and restarted the centralization CVD using a different policy on a different volume without change.

    It turns out that this computer seems to have hard drive errors, so not a matter of mirage.

  • CS6 .pkg fails for some reason. Troubleshooting steps and newspapers in the body of the message.

    I have a copy of the Master CS6 Collection, which I can't install on my iMac OSX 10.10.5 running.

    I've tried so far of troubleshooting:

    • has run the Adobe cleaning tool.
    • created an admin account news, temporary and tried to install it with this.
    • active root user and I tried installing that way.
    • tried to install via the terminal with sudo.
    • Cloud of Safari killed as well as Safari Plugin Updater (delayed failure of about 60 seconds).
    • permissions of the disk verified and repaired via disk utility and the terminal.
    • direct downloaded the trial and saved a trial version of the software.

    In each case, Installer has given the message "installation failed." classic once Setup passes to "Validating scripts package," after < s 20 to package scripts to run.

    For those who have similar problems who stumbles on this post, here is the solution that worked for me:

    1. Granting of reading & writing to all parent folders and children access to me, users admin and all the world
    2. Enabling the root user
    3. Creation of a new administrative user & Installationavecuneracine who
    4. Kill all the nuclei of cloud of Safari
    5. Boot the machine in safe mode
    6. Remove all previous applications of CC, etc. (don't even bother with the vacuum, just delete everything yourself in different subfolders library and root)

    (b) type regedit , and then click ok

    go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\BFE

    c) on the right, click it, click permissions

    (d) click on ADD and type everyone and click ok

    (e) now click on all

    (f) below, you have permissions for users, select full control and click ok

    g keys) press Windows + R to open Run Search

    (h) type services.msc , and then click ok

    (i) double-click base filtering engine service.

    (j) Make sure that the service status is started and the startup type is automatic

    (k) the procedure for the windows firewall service

    (l) click on apply and Ok.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones somehow the email I use to send a message with gets changed to a different e-mail address at the receiving end

    I'm really confused.  I recently deleted an email account and now when I send an email with the account remaining on my bb message left under an account but the receiving end get the email from the deleted account.

    I checked the service books to see if there are books related to the old account and the answer is no.  I sent Service books and always end upward with the same result

    I deleted an earlier version of Acrobat Pro from my computer. Still, I get the same message.

    Please specify if you have purchased DC Acrobat or Acrobat 11 or upgrade you to the latest patch for Acrobat 11, that is to say 11.0.11 so that we can help you accordingly.

    I wonder if you have checked your system requirements before you download Acrobat.

    You could probably uninstall Acrobat using cleaning tool. Here is the link for the same thing.
